She initially was trying to make it to where I only saw our kid every other weekend, which is just crazy. I ended up getting 50 50 and our judgement is very very favorable for me. If i tried to add a provision that gave her a deadline, it would have been a nightmare as she wants to find the perfect house and live here while she searches and waits. I am assuming the mortgage and she cant put an offer in on a house until I do that. But she put me through hell for 4 months and wants to stay here after were divorced until she closes on a house. I specifically did not put in a provision addressing a deadline for her to move out so when the divorce is final, I can serve her with a 30 day notice. After a brutal 4 months we finally came to an agreement and avoided mediation and court and were both hoping the judge would be willing to waive the 6 month waiting period so we could both move on with our lives but me ex's lawyer didnt even show up and the judge didnt either. She had a referee filling in for her who didn't have the authority to waive it herself.
