I could totally see that being the case also.

That makes sense. At least it's on the table which is better than not.

Option 3 it is then! That indeed makes the most sense. Will simply have to strike while the iron is hot.

Agreed. Will just play it like that then.

It's quite possible you didn't really do anything wrong. I think the mistake that a lot of us guys make is we keep thinking this is a logical game. It's not. It's not a color by number approach where if you just do this, this, and this, she will agree to dates/meeting/sex. I can't remember who had this quote but I do think it's powerful. It's "women have the right to change their mind at any point in time". Really you don't even need the woman part, the truth is humans have the right to change t…

This is indeed a good post because I do think it's important to touch on these topics. I am in a similar boat in so far as I was in a relationship for 2 years and I broke it off about 9 months ago. I felt the relationship had run its course and we just weren't right for each other. There are times where I am super happy being single, and then there are times where I miss what I had in my relationship with her. These are both natural and normal responses. The key thing to remember, like others ha…

I agree that it's not my favorite play. For now I am more trying to build momentum back into just getting resolutions and out of no man's land. From here I can now work more on better tactics.

That's the thing. I am looking back and as far as hard rejections it doesn't feel like that many. There may have been more "softer" rejections that I picked up on which may have added. I really don't think it's so much a magic number, as it is we all hit a point where we just become at peace with it all.
/r/seduction20/03/20 07:50 PM

Possibly. The good news by not being as scared of rejection anymore, I probably will be able to move faster on my intentions, which in turn will come off as more attractive. EDIT: Actually now that I think more about it, the times I have had success in the past was when I didn't over analyze and just went for it. I did take too much time in this go around. A big part of that could be that I haven't been in the dating game for a while and may have some ring rust that I need to shake off.

Absolutely. The only thing you could have possibly done different is maybe be more forward on the front end. Like for example, if it was me and she talked about joining me in bed, I would have asked point blank "are we going to fuck?". Because I have a personal policy, I only share my bed with a girl I am actively having sex with or in a relationship with. If she doesn't meet either of those qualifications she doesn't get to be in my bed. It's nothing personal, I just don't do teasing.

Here's my thoughts on this issue. "Need" and "should" when it comes to relationships and courting I do my best to avoid and I will tell you why. Those words are based in the values and principles of the people who say them. I can say that someone should or need to do something all I want, but that is based on what I think is important and has no bering on the values of the other person I am putting it on. Instead I look at it like this. Would it be nice if women took the first step more often? S…

And not only that, it's quite possible you didn't even make any missteps. It's possible that upon reflection she feels it's just not a match or your wants aren't compatible. And that's OK! Like you said you aren't always gonna have a click with every girl you engage with. That is why having a lot of irons in the fire is so important.

Just continue on like normal. Look for other girls that you are interested in to talk to. Remember you always want to leave yourself easy decisions. If you get hung up on this one girl it's going to drive you nuts trying to figure out what went wrong.

This is a bit of a hard read. She is clearly giving you signals that she is interested. It's possible that she indeed just has a game that night that you wanted to do a movie. It's also possible that you may have waited too long to make a move. It's hard to tell. First of all making a move is never really a bad thing. You may mess up or fail, but the point is you actually did something in pursuit of your interest. There are a ton of guys who can't even get that far. So that's the good news. As f…

Maturity level increase. As well as improving appearance, becoming more social, and putting in the work. As you get older you also become much more willing to stick to your principles and believe it or not this can be very attractive to women. For example a big change I made was I decided to no longer be friends with girls who I was sexually interested in. I found myself in a much better spot because I was no longer frustrated by putting myself in bad situations and girls found it attractive tha…

When I was courting my now current gf, I straight up asked her if there was interest between us to which she said yes. When I tell friends and family the story of how I did it they all seem so shocked that I made it so simple.

In life you get out what you put in. If there is one common trope I see among guys who are constantly struggling it's that they don't want to put in the work. You have to put some effort into yourself and your game. There really is no other way around it.

As someone who has gone through the gauntlet what I can tell you is that it does get easier. It seems impossible right now because you're still figuring things out. I can tell you 100% that once you fail a few times and start getting into a groove, you will be amazed at how much easier it will get. I look back at when I was horrible with women and I can't for the life of me figure out why it felt so hard back then. It's all about small and steady progress. Maximize your assets, minimize your lia…

I mean it all depends on the situation. It's quite possible you have the rapport with this girl to ask such a question and you know that the situation is appropriate to say that. I have mentioned this before. This is where your tact comes in. Only you know what tact will work for you. What I can do is make a recommendation and that is to just start it off nice and easy. When the scenario eventually comes up as to what this relationship is going to be about, then you can tell her what you want.
/r/seduction13/03/18 09:45 PM

Very simple, you tell her what your intentions are. When you exchange a number with a girl, it's just that. Exchaging of numbers. Nothing has happened yet. If you think that by her getting your number it's signaling a marriage proposal I promise you it's not that. In the rare case she would think something like that, you're going to find out real quick that this girl is not your speed so don't worry too much. Start out just like you intended. You're interested, you're finding out if she's intere…

This is why I like to talk about tact. Your tact is the product of your honesty and your self-awareness. Everyone's tact is different, which is why those questions are so hard to answer. How I would approach any given situation is going to be way different than how anyone else would. This is why you have to figure out who you are and how others see you. Only then will you be able to know what to do. Only you can figure out what is the best tact in any given situation and that comes from experien…

Since it's a guy the asking part is easy. You can pretty much bring it up with him anytime you want. That's not the issue. The issue you need to keep in mind is that you are NOT in the same spot as you once were before you started dating. So please for the love of god do not go into it with the same mentality you had before you started dating. Post relationship casual sex is a risky game. You have already dated and broken up so you've pretty much at the point where both of you know you aren't ev…

It's really important to leave yourself an easy decision. When you focus on just one girl and no one else, you put yourself in a tight position where you don't know what to do when something goes sideways. On the other hand when you are talking to many girls, your decisions become easier. It's a paradox. You would think having more choice would make it harder, when in fact it's the opposite. When you have more options if one girl drops off you aren't spending time trying to figure out why or how…

I think the other important thing to make note of is that seduction is an overall philosophy. The principles of seduction (i.e self-improvement, confidence, charm, social cues, tact, etc...) work across the board. They can be used by someone who wants to be a PUA and have a new girl every night and can also be used by a guy who wants to find that right woman for the long haul. Seduction is not exclusive to any specific worldview or stance on women, society, or anything like that. It is unfortuna…

Agreed, this is a case where she's not playing around it really is her. I am even willing to bet she genuinely likes you. She's in a spot right now where she just can't give it back and the fact she's letting you go to find someone who can just shows how much respect she has for you. It's possible that one day when she is ready she might be interested in doing things again with you, do don't shut that door completely. Just play it casual and be friendly.

Everyone wants the magic bullet or the magic pill that will solve all their issues. It's good to point out that indeed Reddit will not be the one shot solution you are looking for. Instead Reddit is the place to come to give you a hand or two when you need it. Maybe ask a specific question, share an event that happened to get feedback, pose an idea to get thoughts from others, etc... That in essence is what a forum has always been about. The users here on Seddit can help you in so far as getting…

Absolutely. First of all as much as it sounds like a pimp move, it's really just the logical move. You're all having a good time as people, you think the hot tub would be a good idea, and the more the merrier. It's as simple as that.
/r/seduction11/01/18 09:45 PM

If it was me I would have said let's all get in the hot tub. Then if I want to make moves just keep the atmosphere light. More then likely her friend already knows about you and your old flame so it's not like it would be shocking to see you get close to her. If she's a team player she'll get the hint eventually and give you two some alone time. If she's not then it's up to you how much you want to push. I mean hell if you really want you can start making out with the friend right in front of he…

The first point of this post is very important. There is nothing wrong with being a sexual being. I am not quite sure when it happened, it seems that over time both sides have been told that you are supposed to suppress these feelings. If you are a girl who enjoys and wants sex you're a slut. If you're a male who enjoys and wants sex you're just a pervert with only one thing on your mind. Both these positions are garbage and I tend to find the the casual sex relationships that do work are among …

My current gf is a great cook, and cooking together was something we did in the beginning stages of our dating. It was awesome. I am not the greatest cook and so when I decided to cook for her she was able to help me and share with me her knowledge. It was a great way for us to connect as well. These days she'll cook more often than not because she's just that much better at it. In return I do the dishes and I am more than happy to. It's a nice arrangement.

I agree with Smooth. I wouldn't go as far as to say she isn't interested. I will go as far as to say she's not interested enough to make you a priority. You can decide for yourself what to do with such a situation. For me personally when I was in these situations I just simply kept looking for other opportunity. Don't hang up on this one girl until she does something that really shows she wants to explore things. Texting (like talk) is cheap. Actions and behavior are what truly speaks to how som…

Like Bricemck said, welcome to the world of online dating. You have to go into it knowing that people are going to be more flaky then they would in other platforms because the stakes are much, much, lower. The fact that you sent a confirmation text is smart. If she was interested she would have acknowledged it. I don't buy the "she might be busy" schtick. For god's sake it takes 10 seconds to send a text. The way I would play it is simple, go on with my life. Make other plans with friends if you…

Just go with the flow. Keep your end goal in mind of course and given the atmosphere, the pace, and the chemistry make a decision based on that. If you feel there is a connection but she prefers to go slower, grab her number. If you feel there is a really good connection and she's responding well to what you are doing you can maybe do something more like a kiss. In the end it's up to you and only you will be able to read the situation and determine what is appropriate.

There is actually one part of your post in particular that stood out to me. "I'm starting to think ... I really don't want a girlfriend because I don't even try." Right there. This is a common issue I see on the subreddit quite a bit. Yes getting with a girl is indeed your end goal, I am not saying you should hide or lie about that. What I am saying is cross that bridge when you get there. If you are looking at this girl as the possible goddess of a girlfriend that you want or could have you wil…

The only time it can hurt you is if you are ONLY asking questions. Questions are a means to an end, the end being having a great conversation in which information is shared both ways. The fact that you have a good skill of asking the right questions already puts you miles ahead of others who have trouble holding a conversation. The only thing you have to do now is get better at sharing things about yourself when the context is there. The things you then share about yourself (in an ideal world) w…

Seduction in my opinion is more than just the techniques. There is a meta to it. An attitude. I tend to find those who are successful at seduction tend to carry a belief in self-improvement. Could you still be successful without it? Sure. I just find that it makes things a lot easier with it.

I think you played it just fine. It sounds like she really does have a very specific pace that she adheres to. I also think according to your story the signs are clear that she likes you. I don't see any reason to not continue contact with her and hang out one on one in a more personal setting. As she warms up you will probably see her do more eye contact.

I agree, it really is important you work on you right now. I personally believe that if you are in a bad spot all the perfect techniques in the world can't help you because the people you are around can still slightly sense something is off. Get yourself to a peaceful and happy place first, then go back out on the market.

The concept of self-improvement takes a little bit of time to fully wrap your head around it. The key thing to remember is that there is all the difference in the world between changing who you are and being the best version of yourself. Becoming the best version of yourself does not mean you are betraying your core self. Working out, making more money, dressing better, reading body language, picking up social cues, joining clubs, getting hobbies, etc... all these things improve your ability and…

Remember still have tact. My recommendation is to bring it up as you both are leaving for the night. This way if it doesn't work out things won't be awkward for the rest of the day as you work together. Also to help decrease chances of awkwardness approach it with an attitude of just trying to figure things out (which is the truth). You're fine with whatever the answer is, you just want to know. I tend to find this helps lower the stakes and will make it more inclined for the girl to tell you th…

I find that this is a situation where it's ok to be a bit more forward. The reason being is because you both are in situations where there simply isn't enough time to do "the dance" as I call it, where you and the girl you like spend time here and there feeling each other out. If it was me I would approach it with 100% honesty. I would say something like "Look, I am getting a vibe that there is mutual interest here and that you want to do more than friends. Am I right or wrong?" If she tells you…

Start with the easy stuff. High fives, harmless nudges, etc... If you get a vibe that she is comfortable with that kind of contact you can then try other things. Or you can approach it how I do which is that the initial contact is just another thing for me to gauge her interest. I usually reserve heavier contact for situations that warrant it, like if I am out on a date or something along those lines.

Everyone is different. You have to come to a style that you think works best for you. For example, my style is very direct. I will say that I am getting a vibe of interested and ask if it's true. If it is, then I will pursue it. If not then no hard feelings.

First of all if she has a boyfriend so be it, it's no big deal she will tell you. If it really is bugging you, you can use a little trick I would use which is when she brings up something like an event jokingly say "make sure to take your boyfriend" or something like that. If she doesn't have one she'll correct you. As to your second point, what do you care what she thinks on that issue? That's her business not yours. You are interested in more than a friendship. You are not in the wrong because…

If I was in your shoes yes I would make a move. Like you said, worst case scenario is she says no. You can then decide from there if you want to stay friends or not. Based on what you have said so far I am sensing that she is interested. I could be wrong of course.
