i don't think it's feminism. i think it's more of a manifestation of the female tendency to want to belong in a social group, and the tendency to 'witch hunt', where they attack people who could be said to differ from the group in their viewpoint. this strengthens the narrative among them, and socially penalises people for abandoning it, so people are too scared to differ. seriously, look at how women socialise and tell me this isn't eerily similar.

you have to literally prove no sexual assault happened beyond any reasonable doubt in order to prosecute for this.
