| 2 | Cold Showers Every Day Of The YearHave you heard of ice baths? The water in those is preferably just a few degrees above freezing. The colder the shower, the greater lactic acid decrease, the greater fat burn, and the greater testosterone gain. Your body is "hurting" because your exposing it to new, unpleasant stimuli. Just get in as long as you can, then leave when you start hurting. But make it a goal to increase the time you spend in the shower by 1 minute every time. | /r/TheRedPill | 01/12/16 04:00 PM |
| 3 | Cold Showers Every Day Of The YearExactly, I couldn't stand that shit and I would yelp out whenever I got in. Now it's just second nature to me. | /r/TheRedPill | 01/12/16 03:00 AM |
| 7 | Cold Showers Every Day Of The YearNo you wont, one of the reasons cold showers increase testosterone is because they don't overheat your balls. Taking a hot shower is already causing the testosterone-decreasing side effects, and transitioning into a cold shower after 5 minutes wont change that. Don't be a pussy, take a 10 minute cold shower upon waking and before bed. | /r/TheRedPill | 01/12/16 02:14 AM |
