https://www.mayoclinic.org/diseases-conditions/premature-ejaculation/diagnosis-treatment/drc-20354905 Scroll down to oral medications. A common side effect for these antidepressants is a large delay in orgasm. They're even working on releasing a medication for this that's an ssri. It says it could take time to work but it actually has some immediate effects.

In my experience the keto diet isn't that hard as long as you stock up on enough good tasting foods. Sugar free puddings, jellos, cheeses, lots and lots of lettuce for wraps, lots of almonds, jerky, guacamole, and a good variety of overall greens and meats with different cuts and different texture. Learn how to work with stocks, spices, gelatin powders, cheeses, fiber/cellulose, and the differences between low calorie sweeteners. Spenda is great, sugar alcohols are amazing as they don't disrupt …

I actually have a big one (not bragging, this is my red pill/anon account). I never tell women my size and always allude to it being smaller. When grows or they see it its a mental fuck for them.

It's been changing over the last year. Recently it's been a cringefest. Almost as bad as the_donald (watch trump get defended). Maybe I'm an old timer but idc the lessons worked. Recently people have strayed.

Long term TRP poster here. I've been Red Pilling for years and both teach and learn this theory. I avoid the teenagers and cringeposts here, focus on improving oneself and I've even given up my past substance abuse. No matter how much I fake it I still don't feel like I have any frame, my confidence is shit. I can fake it quite well around women but I can't get out of the mindset and when you have to be around women for longer then 10 minutes it's a lot harder to fake it. I chock it up to me sti…

My last redpill article 2 weeks ago was literally about accepting my flaws and how you guys should too. But thay doesn't prove anything. So simply put... no dude. I'm not saying it's impossible. I'm saying it's tougher for me then you. And doing a pullup for the fact that I can do it is less important then other aspects of my life right now. So no right now it's not constructive for me.
/r/TheRedPill23/10/17 03:17 PM

I don't have that either. Hard to explain but I'm not gonna take a picture either. Take my word for it. Or don't, I don't care. maybe I'm just a liar. It is the internet after all.

This is not constructive man. Believe what you want. I have so much in my life I have to worry about, I'm open to improvement but BMI is a shit scale. Ignore my strengths and focus on one set of specific muscles unable to lift 250 and I'm a weak fat fuck Whatever

I have a layer of fat that doesn't hid my leg, arm, and chest muscles. Nobody would consider me a fat fuck but the way I'm built sort of hides my fat. If that helps.

I Google what you're talking about. Interesting machine maybe I should change gyms
/r/TheRedPill23/10/17 01:42 PM

I'm not 250 pounds of muscle. Never said I was. I'm a little cut but thick. I goto the gym 3 times a week. I workout quite well. Not everybody has golden shoulders made of bull testicle.
/r/TheRedPill23/10/17 01:39 PM
1

I can bench 240, bicep curl 50 pounds each, I can deadline more then 600 pounds. My tris from various workouts ca do about 55 each. So I don't think I'm weak. There are just some workouts some people are naturally for whatever reason are unable to do. Am I seriously getting down voted for agreeing with this post but saying I don't have the body to do a pullup? Seriously?
/r/TheRedPill23/10/17 12:59 PM
1

I can't do a pullup of my life depended on it but (not making excuses here) my 6'4 somewhat overweight yet cut build makes me over 250 pounds which sorta makes that impossible unless my blood is made of meth, testostrone, and lightening. That said I always figured that I would always have to "make better" in my relationships then to "keep myself in check" and accept her flaws. For every woman out there there is another person tired of her shit. It may be bro science but it's still an undeniable …

Its not a fantasy its what I specifically read. He nagged her constantly until she just did it. And the day later she tried confronting him about his behavior but he ghosted her. Sorry but what happened was technically legal but raises eyebrows and that shit shouldnt be encouraged. Anybody can get sex. I can get sex. I have an ex and a booty call if I wanted. That doesnt mean I'm alpha.

If a woman wants to go home and against her wishes bring her to your house and she has to decide if a police report or just getting sex over with is the choice she has to make then sorry but sex isnt worth it. This wasn't anger this guy was a dick. Alpha in the sense of the red pill is clearly defined. The person emulating Donald trump was listening to bad advice here

Your natural endorphins are stronger then heroin so 1/1000 mg won't do anything. Also if the heroin is cut with filler and you get just 1/4th of a hit its enough to tease you. And you grt pissed off and ravage for even more heroin then before.

Think about it like something addictive. The high is your brain getting abnormally euphoric feeling but when its gone and you don't have the drug in your system any more not only are you left with your natural cells and brain chemicals but they are damaged in a real way. The high is short and artificially intense. The crash is long and very real.

An even more important lesson is learning how to shut the fuck up. Lesson 1: shut up Lesson 2: stop it you should be shutting up now Lesson 3: cry self to sleep because you reached lesson 3 You should be spending 90% of your time shutting the fuck up. And 90% of the shutting up while listening. And the 10% of actively not shutting up? Because without new ideas and opinions like any science it rots. This might not generally be science but its a debatable idea under a lot of constant scrutiny. We can ignore it and circlejerk like the flat earth society and keep to our comfortable ideas or refine and improve.

I don't recommend this. Red Piller here as well for well over a year. Over 30. Frame and power is more important. Being a dick will only attract women with low self-confidence and train you to act that way in general. TRP isn't about about being a dick. It's about yourself. Quality not quantity is key here but even for a plate all you're doing is training yourself to be a dick whenever you want something or something doesn't go your way.

Please read my post from a few weeks ago. I hate sharing my own posts but I'd like to reshare a previous post I made here on TRP a few weeks ago called "keep that shit to yourself". It relates to a harder addiction I had with heroin and how it affected me with parallels here.

Its important to understand that sex isn't necessarily required to live but is required for life. So yes if you don't want kids it's easy to say you don't need sex but at so.e point you can say this about a lot of things. You don't NEED to put cream in your coffee, you don't need to read books, you don't need most of your possesions, you don't need friends. Well life sucks now. I want to want things. Coder here. The only female coders that have proven to me their worth have always been from Indian immigrants with a work visa and sponcer. From what I hear the selection process is made so that it doesn't favor 1 gender over another but this isn't a problem when you have so little that is actually chosen. From what I've heard from talking to them is it's incredibly hard to get chosen to work here in America because they are expected to earn above a certain margin. Food for thought.

Don't forget the inverse where if the opposite happens you get Tardive Dyskinesia or Parkinson's. Plus increases in cortisol and prolactin. Extremes of both are bad. We don't need to torture ourselves.

I didn't cite sources but just google the diseases, also search for. Dopamine agonists (bromocriptine is an interesting one). Levodopa. I also recommend checking out MPTP which is used to destroy dopamine receptors. For TD and man boobs check out risperidone and really any potent dopamine antagonist. Did you know that smoking decreases the chance of Parkinson's? Did you know that tarditive dysconisia IS CHARACTERIZED by sensitized dopamine receptors. Cold showers reduce blood flow, a lack of sweets for a healthy human reduces glycogen for healthy muscles and strength. The message here should be moderation not removal. Alcohol can stimulate neuron grown, thin the blood, reduce mortality rates, and increase life span if taken in constant moderation and we all know alcohol is a huge dopamine an…

This is by far too simple. Dopamine spikes are why we have sex, eat, and motivates us to get out of bed. Addictive behavior is bad but one must understand two issues here. A lack of dopamine causes levels of prolactin and cortisol to increase. These hormones are associated with man boobs, fat storage, and decreased utilization of testosterone. Please read up on cancers where dopamine agonists are used as treatment. Parkinson's and tarditive dysconisia (spelling?) is associated with underactive d…

I would like to throw in that the serotonin system is linked to the dopamine system in many ways. Agonizing and antagonizing several of those receptors regulates dopamine in and out regulation. Obsession is caused by a lack of serotonin (to oversimplify it). It is known that when a man falls in love his serotonin drops as our nature wants us to think more about that woman. We seek dopamine while our serotonin is plummeting. Love fucks with the brain. If you are used to dopamine floods you will b…

There seems to be 2 thought patterns here at TRP, addiction is fucked up dopamine pathways in the brain, and addiction is a newborn needing his mother, addiction is needing water, or they die. I think addiction is closer to the first one, we have cravings, we crave sex, food, stimulation, water, etc and though they may cause bursts of dopamine they do so to keep us doing it. Drugs like meth, coke, and heroin are different in that they will over time cause physical changes to the dopamine pathway…

When withdrawing it was there with a vengeance. I would have to get off 5 times a day. That said being hard all day isn't the same as being sexually turned on by a woman and going in for the kill. That "drive" didn't fully come back for maybe 2 months.

There is something to be said about overworking, i'd rather overwork then underwork any day of the week. Weed can be enlightening but whenever I think of something while high on weed I try not to take it seriously until i'm in a sober mind.

Never turning back. TRP is an excellent resource, and oddly enough because it's not about addiction, it doesn't baby you, it teaches you to be a man. Glad you stayed away from NA and rehab. The worst thing about addiction sometimes can be the addicts, not always the drugs.

Thank you for keeping this TRP related. I'm not trying to get into an addiction story circle jerk here but it's about to turn into that. That said I know the feeling and I know that 2k is gonna be gone very soon. I ask that you check out kratom. Red Vein is the most sedating and lasts the longest. http://kratomtradingco.com/collections/red-vein It contains the highest concentrate opiate receptor filling alkaloids and since it's related to the yomhibe family should help with sexual dysfunction. You are somewhat right, I don't believe that people should give up vices if they can be controlled. But some things can't be. Even if I could do heroin once a week, I wouldn't risk it. Some drugs work on dopamine so hard that it literally causes changes in the brain. Caffeine and nicotine probably won't.

I'm sure it's possible, but if a judge sees that a wife agreed before and after a marriage with competent counsel, even the most lesbian feminist of judges can't side with her without risking her job. You tend to see more shit out there with prenups then postnups. The fact is that since postnups are more "updated" the relate closer to the situation, and when combined with a prenup that enforces each other, you're generally in the clear.

Well yea but this is more to discount the idea that we're hurting them or whatever bullshit. That fact is whether or not it matters to the core ideals...we're NOT. Regardless of wanting to hurt them or not we're BETTERING them. I see a lot of askTRP about these sort of things and it truly is a barrier to becoming an alpha and it's not unheard of to treat women as actually being a human being, so it simply should be noted that when helping men, you shouldn't worry about the harm, because there re…

I made the mistake of having too big a gap in my employment and letting the depression get the best of me, my girlfriend of 5 years didn't like that I was supporting her lucrative life style anymore. Now for 5 years she was my rock at my worst, and I took care of her. I wouldn't say I was a BETA bucks or anything because I was firm, I never took shit from her, infact one time I told her she needed to figure out shit she did wrong before I'd let her back in my house. And it always worked and for …

It really depends... senior level programmers will generally be required to know 3 or more languages, and how they work indepth. Junior (mid) level generally requires a person to know how to use google and fix bugs, it's pretty sad actually. What get's me is the absolute huge jump it takes. It's like companies will call anybody a programmer. I prefer they call the juniors "code monkies" and when they actually know their shit be called a programmer.

I'm not saying that women can't do tech. In the 10 years of IT work it's not like EVERY female I worked with can't do their jobs, it's just I feel that when a company makes an effort to make department genders a 50/50 ratio the differences between a male and female brain will start to show up. Out of maybe 10 women maybe 2 would be competent at their jobs as opposed to the 9 out of 10 men. Maybe I'm wrong and I just had 5 different positions with a coincidental amount of female incompetence. If …

To be fair it may be possible she is crazy for him and does actually dread losing him. But that's the issue with highly intelligent women, they know enough about TRP related defences because of past experiences threw the analytical microscope of a brain and a past controlling relationship. He has to deal with a woman unlike the majority which as mentioned here can either be amazing...or absolutely devastating. Intelligent women aren't different when it comes to behavior, they're different in how…

To add bluntness at the cost of words + contrast I got shit at home worth breaking somebody's face over Add reduction and emphasis Murdering someone over stealing my shit worries me Don't want to exaggerate but maintain message? "I should secure my house" or "My shit should be thief proof". again the context matters, I'm not the pithiest. But the focus should stray away from personal insecurities like worrying about being robbed to action then taken from there.

It's more then saying less, it's also increasing the value of what you do say by omitting clause or using clauses in the most powerful way. Saying less should come organically. Anybody can say something stupid with less words. Ahem....Fart box

Essentially you got it however there should be more emphasis on the obvious undertones and be blunt instead of insulting. And the point isn't exactly using less words but less words should come organically from being pithy and blunt. Spineless and people pleaser Try He's such nicest person in my friend zone" Or He pleased the women to be fully clothed and then some Again I'm not the pithiest person

Understanding what something is isn't the same at practicing it. Sort of like driving a car. But start from something you've had practice doing your entire life unless you're really dull. Edgy humor. Now I don't mean be a class clown, stay as far away from the comedian like comedy style as much as possible. Think about what makes the show Archer funny, or the wit of James Bond. Most situations could be cut down in a wittier way if given thought and with enough practice will come more naturally, …

A lot of people on TRP take it too seriously, of course some people of opposite genders can be friends. Don't take everything here too seriously, there is a lot of good advice but there are also a lot of stupid teenagers and people who think they got it all figured out pushing their own opinions and agendas.
