My only point of contention is a rapist having primary custody of a child. How the child was conceived may not relate to child support. However, it certainly should impact who has primary custody.

I don't understand why he would even get married if those are his stipulations. I don't understand why he would want kids if this is how much he works. Stop giving in to social pressure. All that said there is no way that prenup would hold up in court. If she was still hell bent on marrying him she should tell him directly. I am working once child hits X age. Then childcare will be paid for by both of us. In the likely event the marriage fails she will still have a career built.

The human body is not designed to live on any other planet. The concept of living on different planets is never going to happen until we can at least simulate gravity. Depends on your state laws. In NY there is no gender dress codes. There are just two dress codes and you must adhere to one of them. Look up your state laws. Then if appropriate throw on a dress on sandals.

So you don't really make $10,000 a year. You probably make $10,000 off your wages and then $X from stocks. Correct? As others said this sub is heavily bias against marriage. I don't see what benefit you would get from being married. That said if you are really set on getting married hire a good lawyer for you and your SO (so it doesn't seem like she got railroaded) to draft a prenup. At least protect the stocks and savings you had coming into the marriage.
