Well, I think it is a *bit* of one, at least. But you have the added advantage of: (1) the whole thing in the body of the court, with her taking initiative with physical contact with you; and (2) she felt guilt about accusing her friend, and had a family member yell at her, adding to her guilt. This may deter her from making criminal complaints against others in future, unless it's CLEARLY warranted. I've been there. Over a decade ago I accused someone of a criminal act, and I was dragged in as …

You know what, you're absolutely right. I am just naturally super into bad girls. Vice of mine. I dated one for like a month and yeah, it was fun at first, but I wouldn't go through it again. I'm not saying this would be a good strategy for me. Just saying that for a guy with a true bad boy spirit, it could be interesting. I'm in an LTR at the moment, but in my less virtuous days I had lots of flings with educated girls. Despite their poised appearances, they can be the dirtiest and wildest in t…

Good points here, and this reinforces that this stuff is transactional. I'm having some difficulty in my LTR right now - it's at the point where things are going downhill but I'm not quite certain I want to throw it all away as yet. I need to change the balance of the give and take, and withdraw attention until the transaction balance restores itself a bit, and results in more of what she wants (validation) happening as a RESULT of her giving more of what I want (pussy).

What's your point? Anyone can accuse anyone of anything, at any time. It's like I say to clients all the time who ask "can I ask the court for (insert outlandish thing here)?": you can ask for anything you want to in court; doesn't mean you'll get it.

Yes ding ding. Obviously Hispanic, especially recognizing OP is American. I thought it was so obvious no one need ask, but I guess not...

OP's principle is more applicable to less-educated women and of lower-income status. As a criminal defence lawyer, his principle about girls having NO issues dating criminals is so true. As criminality is in line with the whole bad boy thing, it's just yet another example of women going by emotions and not logic. When I attend jails for inmate visits, it's shocking how many hot af girls are sitting in the waiting area waiting to see their incarcerated bfs. I feel like it is probably an untapped …

Uh, no, that's just an abusive response. If true. My prediction is there's an AWFUL lot of hamstering going on here. You have no idea if any of the things she is saying are true. You weren't there, and you're getting the story from a very unreliable narrator. She could be making it all up just to justify her cheating for other reasons completely unbeknownst to you. Don't dwell on things you have no control over and are of no concern to you.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
