I agree with this and would like to add: the left says lets "donate" to the poor Americans and other international welfare. And the right says lets "donate" to protect our "freedoms" to the military industrial complex

So true. If everything is gray then who am I? Like if I win an Olympic medal is that how I define myself, a medallist? But it's just a part of me it's not who I am and I think that's what makes it hard when people ask "who are you"

Damn that sounds amazing man. Yeah I was pretty "beta" until I was 16 I slowly started improving, got my first gf, then at 18 started lifting but now I'm just depressed from not knowing what I wanna do and falling off the gym streak I had for like 6 months. Stopped going for 2 months, started back up and I'm better. Best tips for women? My main problem is I've had sex with a couple but it's so hard to know what I'm doing right/wrong like just from analyzing myself I think my weak point is approa…

I'll look into it I think elliot Hulse mentioned it once. Eh I've been trying with no luck the last 4 months because I'm too irritable after blowouts and then I don't learn from my mistakes and it's a cycle

Hmm it's pretty recurring now, basically I'm just pissed at the situation our society has where they teach you to be nice to women and you'll get laid. I'm over that now and I'm just more mad about how I never learned a lot of basics sports shit from not having a good father figure. I just feel late to the game and I'm mad about it, idk I've been going to therapy and joined a lifting club, any other advice? Edit: I know all I can do is focus on the present and learn whatever sports I missed out …

Ok. I have a fuckton of anger built up. I've used it in lifting weights but due to a knee injury I can't squat. What's a good way to let out anger besides smoking weed and lifting?

It's like if you loved chocolate but society says it's wrong to love chocolate. This guy is giving chocolate to women but they're not supposed to like it, when clearly the girls in the videos in Japan are into it so there's feminists all over saying how women "should" react. Feminists say you shouldn't want chocolate aka being dominated
