The chick in OP's photo looks like a washed-up pop punk groupie. From New Jersey. You've really gotta be a spineless piece of shit to emasculate yourself over someone like that. Yuck.

It's crazy when you consider the amount of mental gymnastics that the average person has to pull off to fit the increasingly-strict PC status quo. I can't even count how many white people I've seen bend over backwards to try and show 'tolerance' ... and meanwhile, they have zero black friends in real life. None. So they're still racist (just in denial) because they're viewing racism as some disconnected cultural battle they need to champion, instead of good interpersonal relationships with actua…

It's like the relationship version of the old Groucho Marx quote - "I don't care to belong to any club that will have me as a member."

I've had multiple girls beg me not to wear a condom. They were very insistent. (Had one girl tell me she "couldn't get pregnant"... she's got a kid now. Not mine.) Thought that was pretty hot when I was younger, but then I realized that they probably do this to every guy they fuck and then I needed like a thousand showers.

You can chose to sleep around with 100 guys, and he can chose not to date you. She can also choose to talk 20 feet away and try another beta, who will probably fold onto one knee, and they live resentfully ever after.

Yeah. It's a YT video. It has definitely been edited, and could be scripted. I'm not saying gold diggers don't exist, just saying the confirmation bias in this thread is pretty strong.

incredible amount of money Are you sure about that? Do you think they'll unionize and demand hefty residual payments? Because if the camwhore industry is any indication, that's not going to happen - they'll all just undercut each other until the pay is a joke.

This is an incredibly insightful post. I can relate to your description of the "dark triad" mindset, and I agree - That type of attitude that makes perfect sense when you're young, but keeps you from integrating into society when you're older. You won't thrive in a civil society if you're unnerving everyone with your toothy, bloodstained grin. No one wants to bring a hungry wolf aboard their ship, so you're only master of your own destiny until a hard rain begins to fall. True strength comes wit…

I might have worded some of that differently... but essentially, I agree. A lot of it depends on self-esteem, too - girls with low self-esteem are way more likely to collect orbiters for validation and all that.

The funny part is, the best women don't even like it when you put them on a pedestal. Turns them off cause it makes you seem like a typical chump who hasn't been around the block enough times to realize women are just people - flawed, self-interested people. Not the missing piece to your incomplete existence. Not some kind of Disneyfied romantic prize you win so they can boost your ego forever. Not a sexy, loyal BFF sidekick. Just regular, flawed human beings... with tits.

Some damsels just try to stay in "distress", lest they take responsibility for their actions. Blaming men is a lot easier than growing up, stepping out of your comfort zone and making things happen in life (instead of being a slave to your own whims and having things happen to you).

The money is in the debt the students are making. This is the cold, bleak, actual truth right here. Conservative old white men don't matter all that much when you have a figurative human meadow of naive students to mow down.

I had an ex who wore miniskirts, fishnets, total freak etc. I met this chick's mom and she was still pretty good looking for her age - but single, unbearably neurotic and piously religious. I always wondered what happened there, but in retrospect I guess stuff like that is the secret fate of all slutty chicks.

I think the pain is directly proportional to the potential for growth. It makes or breaks you. Unfortunately some dudes buy all the soothing lies, chase unicorns until they find a pretty enough noose, and then leap right in like it's going to save them from themselves. Those guys... might not make it back.

Yup, just frame every subject and conversation so that lies/distortions are facts and dissent is out of bounds. Shockingly effective! I hated the indoctrinating nature of public school. Brought my own books to class... Actually got suspended one time for questioning a teacher (who was wrong). Didn't swear or raise my voice, still got suspended for "insubordination" because I made her look dumb in front of the class. I just laughed when she handed me the slip and said "Seriously? What is this, th…

the state is alpha male Too true - Western civilization does the "iron fist in velvet glove" thing very well. They figured out back in 1970 that you can't just call in the national guard and murder kids who challenge your ideology, so by necessity, their methods of subduing potential rabble rousers have become much more subtle.

It is too late to patent it. Ok, let me try again here. I (more or less) understand the limitations of pharmaceutical patents... I guess my point that no one has tried any form of evergreening or altering the formulation of Piracetam to make it novel and therefore proprietary, like the dozens of branded prescription amphetamine preparations. Because I mean, technically - you can't patent amphetamine. It was first synthesized over a century ago and it's a fairly simple molecule... So you have Add…

too late to patent it I'm sorry, but I'm gonna need a source on that claim...

I try not to make statements of 'fact' like that unless I am pretty sure I'm on solid ground. Fact: Piracetam is cheap & at no point has required a prescription Fact: Pharmaceutical companies like money very very much I don't see what's so hard to understand about this, really, unless you are willfully ignoring the context... or you're literally a time traveler, or a recently unfrozen caveman or some shit.

And yet it still hasn't been patented and approved for on-label uses... Why is that? Do you think it's because there's no market for cognitive enhancement drugs with relatively few side effects? I think there's a very large, profitable market for that kind of product. The simpler explanation is that Piracetam doesn't work all that well, so it's easier to market as a supplement than a prescription medication.

Nootropics are for the birds guinea pigs. If you really feel the need to use drugs regularly, I'd say go with something that's been around longer, and use it carefully and with discipline - always mindful of the side effects, common mistakes, and pitfalls. Amphetamine is still the gold standard for prescription 'wakefulness', and there's a reason for that. Are there downsides? Oh fuck yes. That's how these things go, and if you're going to use drugs you just have to account for that. Despite our…

Fucking true bro post, and some of the best advice one could get on being a 'traditional' man. We live in a brightly colored, hyperactive, entertainment-based society with lots of pointless distractions, trends to follow, and useless bullshit to derail you from ever making anything of yourself. It's always hip to chase that kind of shit around. You'll usually have plenty of companions in fleeting escapes and recreational pursuits. At the end of the day though, it's like OP said - knowing yoursel…

Hey, much appreciated. I'm slowly gaining a much healthier outlook now. I can own the fact that I went into things with the wrong expectations, and from there all I can do play by rules that benefit me in the future.

I was more angry with myself than anything, for not grasping it fully early on Preach. I've been struggling with this myself the past year. WARNING, WALL-OF-TEXT AHEAD I had a 5 year LTR end last year when I was very publicly cheated on... I got her a lucrative job at my parents' company and she proceeded to gossip with everyone there about how dissatisfied she was with our relationship, ended up fucking one of her coworkers within the first week. I fell into a horrible slump for an entire year.…

We forget that we're essentially pack animals; our social hierarchy is far more primitive than any of us would like to admit.

That's what happens when you make society largely inhospitable to the men who won't willingly be subjugated - The weak, the overspecialized, the opinionless are given a cozy dog bed to sleep on. Men who won't lie down at their masters' feet are left out in the cold, trod on, vilified. Don't get me wrong, women will still fuck that second group of dudes out of instinct... In the long run though, they'll go for a BP they can control and browbeat and shake down for $$$.

Where the fuck are we going to go from here? Hopefully the generations to come will de-program themselves quickly and breed wisely, so that perhaps their children's children won't have all of the potential fight squeezed out of them by velvet-gloved iron fists. I seriously fucking doubt it though; by and large we are an incredibly malleable and self-interested bunch of children.
