Depending on where you live, there's sometimes laws protecting non pornographic nudity e.g. for artistic purposes or family videos that aren't distributed. Personally I don't agree with the artistic ones (abusable) but I think it's insane to think parents can't film childhood moments without fear of a felony.

I mean, that might just mean that stupid losers are more likely to smoke weed, it doesn't necessarily mean weed turned them into stupid losers. e.g. drinkers probably get pregnant more often, you can't conclude that alcohol increases fertility off of that. Don't get me wrong, I generally agree that it's not a good idea to smoke weed when you're young, if ever. Just pointing out the flaw in this particular argument.

By "that" I meant approach shaming. I've seen right leaning folks do the exact same thing. And I'd encourage you to stop thinking in absolutes. I think most people hate extremists, whether they're extreme leftists or extreme right. But trying to make everything about them is just giving them undue attention and ends up needlessly antagonising groups that you may actually share many opinions with.

Being an attractive woman and/or having rich parents who stopped giving you free handouts after a certain age is the indicator, IMO. Average looking women have it pretty hard too in many cases. That won't stop them from using their pussy passes in other ways, though.

In my field of study (Mechatronics) here in Australia, it's pretty common to skip Masters and go straight to PhD. So lots of people end up taking 7-8 years (4 for undergrad, 3-4 for PhD).

Yeah I agree, this is the balanced view. The OP was in the right about not owing her anything. That said, both friendships and relationships should be about compromises, and sharing resources for mutual benefit. I think the word mansplaining originates in a real problem where men are often (but not always) unreasonably condescending towards women. The problem with the term is that it's even more sexist and condescending than the problem it seeks to describe. So ultimately anyone who does use the term deserves to be shut down like this. A much better approach is to shame the condescending person by asking them why they're explaining it in such a way. Quite often they won't have a legitimate excuse.

Both get charged, one with worse injury presumably gets more damages. Which is why it's generally a bad idea to hit a woman back except in self defense. Don't get me wrong I enjoyed this video but the legal and physical reality means that the man will usually be better off walking away and then pushing for assault charges.

The archive doesn't last forever. After a certain period of time, it gets removed due to costs of keeping data. It's certainly possible to still track it down (e.g. via archive.org) but it's a lot easier to just post the pic/text here.

Absolutely, anything that strikes the abdomen (e.g. somebody's bag or elbow) can induce one. It's not guaranteed or high risk (especially late into pregnancy) but the risk is there.
