Quick follow-up on presentation: People get weirded out whenever someone stands in front them and talks with too much motion in their hands and body language. Never underestimate the power of having a drink in your hand. It’s a cheat code for public speaking confidence. You’re instantly more calm when chatting up a thot at the bar with a beer or rock glass in your hand. Comedians and public speakers keep a glass of water (or whiskey, if you want to be dangerous) close by at all times. You can be…

There's a difference between forming friendships and close relationships and giving a shit about the Manosphere. It's not "Me versus Everyone Else". But it's also not "Team XX versus Team XY." All my close friends moved away. I broke up with my girlfriend of 3 years. My relationship with my parents and close family is mostly formal nowadays. No wonder you can't realize this. By your own admission you don't have meaningful relationships or friendships. Get out of your own head and build a tribe. …

I want all of you reading this to not get hung up on OP’s story about his bitch of an ex, and concentrate on his mistakes instead. Never, ever, lose control of yourself. I don’t care how bad you hurt on the inside. Going hands-on with a female in anger is a suicidal move. It can literally end up with you dead, or on the receiving end of the Long Dick of The Law. Hopefully OP learned his lesson and this won’t continue to fuck up his life going forward. You have to look out for Number 1. No amount…

It is difficult to find a true ideal until you’re out on your own and experiencing the real word (a “decent” heuristic is age 25, but that’s not a hard and fast rule). We all have seen the dude who was blessed by genetics and slayed pussy before he was old enough to apply to college/university . I can assure you that guy will not be living an admirable life at 30 unless he grows past his early physical blessings. Becoming and staying physically attractive is definitely important, but becoming a …

It’s a sad effect of modern society (at least in America, I can’t speak for other countries) that most men are never afforded the opportunity to lead. Think of every man you respect/envy under the age of 30. Chances are that he leads men: •The entrepreneur who built a company from nothing, employing others and giving them the means to provide for their families •The rockstar engineer or software dev who leads his team to crush deadlines over and over, increasing their professional standing. •The…

When you digest carbs, the calories are stored as glycogen. When you burn calories normally, you're burning that glycogen, but eating normally replaces your glycogen stores so you always have more to spare. Eating a ketogenic diet allows you to burn off all of your glycogen reserve, without making more. Only once that's gone will the body start burning fats for a primary energy source, which is when you actually enter ketosis.

Ketosis occurs after your glycogen is depleted. Not while you're still running on glycogen. And going all-meat for a week goes beyond a ketogenic diet.

I don’t want to disvalue your opinion. You’re entirely right. The looks matter. But I just want to emphasize for the younger guys in this thread: When you’re pushing 70 you’re going to be happy for that core and quad strength more than anything else You did for your health during your entire lifetime. Definitely more so than any pussy you got from having a great physique up until that point. The average Greatest Generation or elderly Boomer male is effectively debilitated. Young men of my genera…

Lifting weights is it’s own reward. Your stupid monkey brain finds true happiness in the pursuit of skill and mastery. You will never “master” weightlifting. That’s the whole point. And you also get the side benefit of being more attractive and increased vitality even into old age.

You’re overthinking things. Getting outside and getting natural sunlight and biosphere that’s not created by General Electric or Carrier is the ticket to vitality. No matter what the intensity. How did the Anglo-Saxons and Vikings grow big and strong enough to conquer Europe when England and Scandinavia are cold and rainy/snowy 75% of the year? I live in Chicago. There’s cloud cover 300 days out of the year out here. But anyone who makes a living working outdoors is still built like a brick shit…

If any of you guys want quick, anecdotal personal evidence to prove this shit works for yourselves... Eat nothing but 1.5-2 pounds of ribeye steak and water every day for a week. Go to sleep at 9 and wake up at 5 every day for a week. Get outside and bask in glorious sunlight for 1 hour each day for a week. Even if it’s rainy/cloudy out and there’s no direct sunlight. Get outside! After one week of this, you’ll feel like Superman. I guarantee it. What do you have to lose?

Boxing and MMA have flagrant problems with poor judging and rule-bending. Wrestling is the purest combat sport. There's no showmanship or vanity in wrestling, and the better man always wins the match.

He's a perfect example of how off-putting beta/"nice guy" behavior is. He's constantly listed as one of the most desirable celebrities in the world (seriously, women LOVE Drake from his portrayal in media) but his relationships never seem to last long, because once high-status women get to really know him, they're repulsed by him. I'd be willing to bet any amount of money he's the kind of guy who pouts when his girl talks to another guy in public.

You have literally no idea why this guy killed himself. He made a throwaway comment about not getting hired as a pilot because he was a white dude. For all we know, that could have just been a joke. The guy was joking around with ATC throughout the entire ordeal. If you want to latch onto the idea that this guy killed himself because he thought he was downtrodden as a white man, go ahead. I doubt that was the case, but you do you. If you want to posit that there IS some diversity quota system in…

Just because diversity hiring is a trend in other industries doesn't mean you should suggest it's what kept him from following his dreams ("Hence why he couldn't get in." in your words). The guy didn't become a pilot because becoming a pilot is difficult and expensive. There is no need to spin a narrative about him being held down by diversity quotas, when you have people in the thread telling you that no such quotas exist.
/r/TheRedPill13/08/18 03:04 PM

This is 100%, entirely wrong. There is no "quota system" of any sort in the US Aviation industry. There is absolutely no barrier to entry for a white man to train and find employment as a pilot. You are throwing around conjecture about an industry you know nothing about, just because you want to believe there is some anti-white-male conspiracy out there based on the final words of some scared, mentally ill man.
/r/TheRedPill13/08/18 02:59 PM

This does not apply to the aviation industry, at all. The vast majority of pilots are white dudes. I'm friends with several airline pilots. They're all white dudes. They never had trouble finding a job. There is no "quota" system. This guy who committed suicide was making a dark humored joke. The same way he told ATC he'd have no problem landing the plane because he "played some video games". There's no conspiracy here, so lets not make one up.

In this context it means more or less "the ability to be dangerous" Most men think they're a nice person that is "above" doing violent or immoral things, but that they would still be capable of doing them if necessary. For example: "I could get that chick to cheat on her boyfriend with me...if I wasn't such a nice guy." or "I could totally kick that guy's ass in a fistfight...but fighting is stupid".

(ends up using those donations as tax deductible, i.e. you helped pay THEIR taxes) That's not what tax-deductible means. Giving to charity IS generally a stupid decision reinforced by a blue-pilled society, but a charity that accepts tax-deductible donations generally doesn't pay taxes at all. A tax-deductible donation means that if you make $100,000 in income for the year and donate $10,000, come tax season you only have to pay income tax on the remaining $90,000, not the original $100,000 you …

If you represent yourself and don't even bother arguing a case, you will lose. The burden of proof is on the prosecution, but our trial system is adversarial, meaning its one side (you) convincing the jury against the other side. If the prosecution is free to take their time and lay down a case against you, and you don't bother poking holes at that case, the jury is inclined to convict you. You cannot be compelled to be a witness against yourself, so you cannot be asked "Did you have sex" during…

Congratulations on your acceptance to one of the service academies. Some advice: Do not have sex with classmates. Do not get yourself into a committed relationship with a girl back home. DO NOT GET ANYONE PREGNANT Make time for relaxation so you don't go insane. Play the fuck-fuck games with a smile on your face. Your upperclassman will act like they're badasses, but they're just big fish in a small pond who, like you, haven't achieved a damn thing in the real world yet. Grin and bear it. Your R…

I had testicular cancer and only have one testicle and finished chemo a year ago so I was never too worried about getting her pregnant. This is a suicidally risky game to play. It's not your fault for never being taught proper Sex Ed, but you need to go consult with a doctor about your fertility like right now. Unless he says you're shooting blanks for good, you need to be more carfeful.

Traditional boxing gyms that offer legit training for adults are becoming a rarity now I think. The nearest one to me is like 30 miles away and I live in a major metro area.

Muay Thai is a type of kickboxing. "Kickboxing" is a broad term for many different techniques through history that concentrate on striking with both hands and feet. Unfortunately, in the United States most "kickboxing" classes are just aerobics classes for women that teach you how to kick a bag to burn calories. Not a legitimate combat sport.

The class discussions I remember were somewhere along the lines of 'It demeans the accusation of rape' ect ect. Holy Fuck. I'm not even a decade out of high school, and kids are being taught TKAM is rape apology? I want to believe that you're full of shit right now.

How young? Crossfit gyms are equal parts social club and exercise facility. Since most of the routines are done in small groups, everyone knows everyone, and members tend to hang out with each other outside the gym. If you can get past the cultishness of the Crossfit lifestyle, it might be worth looking into. I have a coworker who sought out the local swing dancing studio when he moved to my area. He's the quietest guy in the office, but I see constantly see him surrounded by hot women on social…

Some men don't have the strength to be kind to their children. I had a similar situation to yours growing up. My dad was financially successful, provided for his family, and by virtue of my upbringing gave me the opportunity to become just about anything I wanted to be when I grew up. On the flip side, he was a violent, abusive alcoholic with no friends, who never had a good word for anyone. It took me out in the "real world" as an adult to realize that his lack of compassion was his own shortco…

So anyone who values loyalty merely for the sake of loyalty is someone who doesn't believe they can readily find a substitute for something they lose. "Loyalty" is the result when you pass up other opportunities because you value your current relationship more than the potential alternative relationship presented to you. Jesus Christ, this. Loyalty isn't like a trophy or prize. You can't "earn" it once and count to have it around forever. It has to constantly be reinforced. Just like trust.

You misunderstand Stoicism. You don't resign yourself to suffering and do nothing about it, letting it continue. That would be retarded. Instead, you acknowledge the suffering and accept that it's happening now, but you don't let it cloud your judgement or emotionally compromise your ability to act. A clear head is necessary for right action, and right action is the way to change the circumstance that causes suffering.

With the exception of a few, they are all diploma mills as I mentioned. Universities in Japan, India, China, and even some other places are far more difficult and more rigorous where such BS wouldn't cut it. You are absolutely delusional if you believe this. The top 100 US national universities (public and private) blow 99% of the rest of the world out of the water. Only the absolute top universities in other first world nations can compete with US higher education. What does regurgitating mater…
