Yes and No. ​ Yes it exists in the sense that trying to shoe horn oneself into the current stereotype of a man can be toxic to ones mental health and relationships. Seems like it isn't a real poster but more of a meme generated for the purpose of describing women raping men. The huffington post link seems to talk about women raping men but the video link is dead.

Treating people like shit is really never okay. Saying I should be treated like trash because of what my ancestors may have done is basically condoning the reverse to be true in a few generations.

I don't want to speak for the entire industry but, in my experience, after your first programming job out of college people stop caring as much about where you went to college or what physical traits you have. We hire people to sling well factored code not to take pretty pictures for posters. Recruiters do try to drum up a diverse set of candidates but after you meet the minimum requirements it really is more of a meritocracy i.e. the best non d-bag programmer gets the job.
