| 3 | Own Your Shit Weekly - September 14, 2021The rate I am in the coast guard has been locked up in terms of advancement and very slow and to be honest the places I’ve been I haven’t been as eager to make rank as I’ve loved the places and it’s been more financially smart to stay there like Hawaii for the cola and now Seattle for our BAH.
