What makes a girl see you as someone "lower than her on the sexual market" is being an approval-seeking/needy person. Making a genuine compliment (which also explains why you selected her) does not entail that in any way. It's all in your behavior and in the context. You can open her with a compliment and still bust her balls afterwards. Or you can avoid the compliment, act all aloof, and end up going nowhere because you never made your intentions clear. Don't get me wrong, indirect game can wor…

Yeah it should be, but there are cases where it's all a confusing mess of mixed signals.

Hot girls do get approached/harassed quite a lot. I'm making a distinction between these two words because you can either be a socially apt, genuine guy, in which case she might love it – or you can be a retard... and it seems to be mostly retards, judging from what girls have told me.

It's just the difference between doing "friend stuff" and flirting. Things like... Don't stand shoulder-to-shoulder with her, but square up and look into her eyes Stand close, make confident (not awkward) physical contact (e.g. putting your arms around her lower back) Speak in a relatively slow, deep, calm voice Be willing to move the conversation in a more interesting direction, "probe" her personality and qualify her, move towards sexual topics once the trust is there (especially in isolation)…

Are you talking about logistical/time schedule issues? Because yeah, it can be frustrating when you can't work out a date and time and you have to keep bringing up new suggestions without getting much feedback from her. But I think OP is just talking about being clear about your intentions, having the courage to escalate etc. and that's definitely something you gotta do.

Oh geez. I'm sorry I hurt your ego.

You don't have to be a "follower" to have some humility and be able to take advice from other people. No one is perfect. Even the most amazing "guru" still learns from other people, which is exactly what brought him to his position. Just from these few comments I can already tell that you could learn a shitton from Tyler (or any other decent self-development teacher), but you're so self-absorbed you don't even dare look at it. And instead you spend your time on the internet talking shit about so…

Nah, it's a fact that you have no idea what you're talking about.

I'm not mad, it's just that you're talking out of your ass. You don't have to spend a single penny on RSD. I haven't. And there isn't any marketing on these YouTube channels either. So apparently you didn't even bother to look at this stuff before commenting. And if you did, you'd also find that he goes a lot deeper (in his vlogs, and stuff like "Truth about Success") than these obvious points. A lot deeper. I think everyone could learn a shitton from this guy, so it's a pity when people just re…

So you agree with all this stuff that I've learned from Tyler, and you're replying to me after I've linked to his vlog channel with tons of (obviously free) insightful videos, and you're complaining about these made-up problems... because you don't like his decade-old nickname? I have no idea why some people have all these wrong ideas about RSD. Is that still because of "The Game"? Anyway, just watch some of his videos and open your mind. There's also rsdfreetour by the way.

I think you're basically doing everything right. There's nothing more attractive to girls than a man who is on his purpose, who has strong personal boundaries concerning what he spends his time on and who, generally, has a life. That's the inner game part. Of course there's also outer game, which might end up lacking if you don't get enough experiences... and then that could lead to screwing up when you eventually do meet a girl you really like. Besides, going out and doing the whole pickup thin…

There's also unscented antiperspirants like Odaban. Works way better than deodorant for me.

Also, I felt more alive than I've felt for a long time. This, right there. It's your emotions and social skills waking up. You have it all inside you, you just need to keep exposing yourself to these things to make your brain shift gears. I've found that even after a horrible night out, when I was talking to acquaintances the next day I was infinitely more charismatic than usual. It's awesome.

It could be a neuroplasticity thing that's affected by nurture, or it could just be puberty stirring the brain up. I mean, boys and girls are the same in many regards until puberty, and that's definitely not just because of education/upbringing. The brain keeps developing until you're ~25. edit: edits

A lot has already been said here, and I'd like to stress once more than 'women' aren't one entity just like 'men' aren't – there are lots of nerdy girls lacking social skills, as well as situations that make your average emotionally-savvy woman needy and clingy. However, there is also a neurological aspect to it: Men's brains were shown to have stronger connections between the front and back regions of the brain, and were mostly confined to individual hemispheres, whereas women's brain had stron…

I feel like this is the right time to link this awesome video. If she challenges you to be your best self, great. Just make sure it stays that way, and keep challenging her to be her best self as well. Marriage can be pure bliss... or it can ruin a relationship if you start taking stuff for granted. It happens to too many people. But yeah, congratulations and good luck!

The title made me think "ugh, here comes another awkward beginner's story" but that was actually awesome to read. You're awesome.

Yeah, this. It's like OP is confusing Mystery with RSD because one RSD guy, Julien, does some shady/manipulative outer game stuff, while the vast majority of RSD is actually focused on simply getting into a good mood and sharing it with girls ("law of state transference"), and being congruent, i.e. having your thoughts, words and actions aligned. This is basically just a complicated way to paraphrase the age-old advice: "just be yourself." Tyler also argues for making yourself emotionally vulner…

You're not giving bad advice per se, but to be honest I think it's the wrong advice for a complete newbie. When someone is still extremely nervous about the mere concept of approaching girls, you don't want to mess with his head by essentially force-feeding him all these 'tactics' and 'gambits'. Let him become comfortable talking to girls first. Just being himself, and all that.

This. The word 'creepy' is intimidating because it sounds like you're a threat, but the reality is: this word has lost all meaning years ago. If you do one bad approach or catch a girl who happens to be in a bad mood, yes, you'll be a creepy guy to her. But it doesn't fucking matter. Because the next approach might go awesome and the girl will fucking love your confidence and openness. Drop your ego, forget about the concept of 'rejection', just focus on the process and have fun talking to girls…

That's probably the one thing I would never do, lol. But props to the guy. And to the girls who were cool about it.

Great article. I want this stupid cultural idea that women somehow don't have an active sex drive to just end as soon as possible.
