1	A 50% Divorce Rate does not mean you have a 50% chance of divorce A rate of 50% only describes the distribution of data. It says nothing about LIKELIHOODS. yes it does. It says about the overall likelihood if you do not have other additionnal info to adjust your stats (like age etc) But as long as you put in the work to affect the outcome you want the likelihood of success is much closer to 100% than 0%. it's like giving you the choice between two boxes, one with 1M dollars and the other empty. Statistical predictability IS useful and we use it all the time When you take you car, you assume you won't die in a crash yet there is no 100% guarantee.
