Bro, she ain't a plate if you are getting cut about it. Sounds like she is actually a FWB with a low key hit of exclusivity (on your part). If you temperament continues, she is probably going to push you aside.

What happens on tour, stays on tour. Woman like to have as much fun as men. You would be surprised what woman think in their minds. A girl I slept with a couple of times who knew I was trying to sleep with her friend had a conversation after a night of drinking. I jokingly mentioned us three should have a threesome. She told me it crossed her mind multiple times. I could be completely wrong about the foursome.

Anyone telling you lifting will get ride of belly fat is wrong. Cardio is the only way you can do this. Best bang for your buck is incline walking. Started recently myself and burn about 1000-1200 per session. Incline at Max, speed 4-6. 60-90 minutes. Best results, do it in the morning.

If you are curious try it out. Started yoga two months ago and found it has improved my output at the gym. I wouldn't suggest it as an "alternative" unless you want to become a professional swimmer of some description, but you might find it has done physical benefits.

Pretty much from the Rational Male. After three dates, and she ain't fucking you (given you have escalated) focus on someone else. From there I would focus on keeping the frame on your side. Push and pull isn't just about getting her keen in a date. It's on going.if you haven't read the rational male if recommend it.

Escalate at the pool. If you want to see how she reacts to you physically, start a play fight at the pool, splash her, whatever. Make a bet, who ever gets to the end first gets.... If she is keen on fucking you, then she will fuck you. Swimming? She suggested swimming? Well if that's not a hint on seeing someone pretty much half naked I don't know what is.

Put your intellect in the boot, it does you no favours. As an intellectual, opinionated, analytical thinker one of the best changes I have made was appearing dumb. To the point where you will be relatable to people. Most men or women will not be able to relate because most people are basic. Most people are not interested in intelligent conversation or debate. Steps made to appear more relatable: No more news No more current affairs No politics No social movements Unliked & Unsubscribe nonsense t…

My understanding is that you are exchanging values between two people, with the goal to be higher value as the other. The one who does not need the other the is the one the most, is the one with the power The idea of loving unconditionally with nothing in return is irrational because it holds no value to exchange. We know it holds know value because a woman does not love a man the same way a man loves a woman.

Since adopting the red pill, I have noticed the following statement as a reoccurring theme. A woman will never love a man, the same way a man loves a woman. The questions I would propose to you is: Under what conditions do you choose to stop loving? if there is such conditions that would allow you stop loving unconditionally, wouldn't that mean "loving" (even unconditionally) is counter productive? AKA a waste of time. I do understand the point you are making, I disagree on the idea of "investin…

Ultimately your job as a manager is to build people up and help them become the best they can be. I don't buy that. I think it's a line people spin on others to make them assume that what ever they are doing is in the best interests of them, not self interest. Problem is everyone is focused on themselves. People ultimately become the best they can be by been given a rope. Either using it to climb up, or hang themselves. The flip side is also recognising the toxic people who poison an environment…

Leadership and Authority isn't about insuring the status~quo is upheld at every opportunity. A real driver of leaders being challenged is if you create the "frame" you are some fearless leader and attempt to control them at ever possible move, people and groups will plan to over throw you. Another indicator of weak leadership are those who wish to become comfortable with how things are and act in every way possible to preserve it. Such as hording information and leading from the rear. A true lea…

I haven't used dating apps since I decided to take the red pill. I have it on my phone (tinder) but I haven't bothered activating my account. Previous experience would say average. It's a hit and miss, sometimes you just say the right thing at the right time and you get laid, others you have to put in a bit of work. The reason I haven't bothered with tinder since adopting red pill philosophy is that I want to create an abundance in the real world, and as stated by Rollo in the rational male, dat…

social media Sorry to break it to you bro, but at your age social media is a tool you are going to have to use occasionally. Social media has it's benefits, you get to see a small glimpse at someone's life and create an assessment. Oh that chick is always drinking, I don't like that. Next. Sex is the social lubricant that has allowed humans to survive this long. It is suggested that one of the reasons why tribes stayed together was because everyone was fucking everyone, so the men never knew who was the father. The "unconscious" existential crisis in Western society is we are concerned about our SMV so much that those with in the medium to high range are increasingly more likely to focus on their "careers" than find a partner to reproduce with. Japan is a perfect example of this a…

I work in an environment which was previously like that. HR doesn't have the balls to do anything about it. The insults and ridicules worked in my favour in multiple situations. The time I had a full blown argument with my manager. Called him out on the lack of leadership and control over the work force. Advised that I tolerated it, (even though they were aware of it without me mentioning it) that at any other work place this would not be tolerated due to employer legal obligations. Note: a poin…

Great post OP! I do personally believe frame shouldn't be comparied with stong materials (metaphorically) instead frame should be compared with Water. Water bends and manuvers around it's environment, having the ability to take form when the circumstances change. Many great writings compare a powerful mind with water.

Rollo, I need to share this with my friend who is going through a divorce. It started with him kicking her out of the house, to saying I'll only take you back if we do couple's therapy. She doesn't want a bar of it, she doesn't want to talk about what is wrong. She actually wants him to change his lens, take ownership of his life and the things he said he was going to do. Posts like these cement the theory. I doubt that sharing this with him will change his ideas of a relationships or living rat…

I would recommend reading The Way Of The Superior Man, the material is a little more thought through. I do disagree with this idea you must apply blue pill qualities in order to have a lasting LTR. You cannot nurture a red pill relationship with blue pill philosophy. Don’t judge people that struggle with self medicating. Quite frankly it’s a fight you’re not going to win, convincing people they can just get better with a shift in attitude. I don't know man, I think some people who are on antidepressants are looking for the short cut. Sure, some people require it to be able to function properly. But any true lasting change comes with taking bold action and accepting your fears.

What impotence did you personally find? Personally, "Stand up straight with your shoulders back" is useful as saying/small reminder about how you should compose yourself physically. If at a moment I feel like my posture was "weak" I reposition myself. I don't think JBs book actually root out, or provide solutions to issues to problems. If anything it has provided more comfort for some.

Personally, you are spot on! There is this one plate I am currently seeing once every couple of weeks, she has the potential to become an LTR but she has to put in the work. Cause we both lives a two hours away from each other there is a real possibility we are both fucking other people. You are allowed nice things, big wallet, sweet crib. The problem is when it becomes who you are. Generally those who talk alot about how much things cost are trying to project an image. Learn to see through disguises.

Far too many people flap their lips without thinking what they are saying. People think I am level headed because I know how to "understand" different angles and POVs. I learnt that if you can "listen" to someone, they will tell you everything.

Just trial and error. Stop wondering if you said the right thing. You said what you said cause it felt right at the time. If you feel you didn't get the outcome you want, then next time you know what not to say. Just don't beat on in your mind for hours on end on how to word it correctly. Just remember lanky ass dudes can't dance anyway.

If you have the chance, "The Way Of The Superior Man" covers this quite well. I'll do my best to elaborate. A womans emotions are like waves, they will change like the tides, upset, happy, horny, excited, nervous, anxious etc etc. The approach is not to solve the problem and be at her beacon call. Instead, distract her from the current emotional wave and try draw her into a new one with actions, not words. Edit: I have probably done a hatchet job elaborating, but I know you get the gist. I've cut all supplement products in my diet for over 8 months. I won't get into the diet to much, but with a bit of common sense of observing your body, sticking to training and recording sessions I have increased my over all strength and improved my physical appearance. I have noticed recently since I have upped the work load at the gym, and shifted to a four day split (moving to a fine day split) my appetite has increased massively.

To be completely honest, I doubt you will ever be able to shut "the other" up. My personal technique is once I have come to my conclusion about something I simply remind myself that "this is where I stand with X" time to refocus my attention on other things, something productive and worth thinking about.

If the same thing comes up more than twice and you have offered sound advice. Just repeat to them that you have already offered your suggestion. It's that simple. People in my circle respect me because I am sharp and honest with my words. You want to ask me something, I will be direct. If you have bullshited me, I will call you on it. It always amazes me how self absorbed people are in their problems. I'm amazed also, I believe they are looking for reassurance for their emotions. I have a hard time being patient with people who cannot show some level of self reliance. In 2018 I am not even sure people think for themselves anymore. If put the blame on content, watching artificial, fake, melodramatic content is making people weak.

I'm going to have to disagree with you there. The idea of self made shouldn't be shoved into the box of athlete's, musicians and pop culture icons. Luck is a combination of opportunity and preparation coming together. My goal is to become self sufficient on my own terms and I am going to find a way to do it. I would have to disagree, you can have all those things but if your attitude is shit and dealing with insecurity issues woman are going to pick up on it. Shit attitude and insecurities effect how we speak, our gestures, our energy and the vibe we put off. Woman are receptive to what we do. With a shit attitude towards life, coupled with insecurity issues you are not going to be able to pay attention to woman, thus not being able to pick up on ioi because you are too dam worried about yourself.

Not a problem. You will also find that siblings don't share similar characteristics traits. What I mean by this is that say you had 3 children, the first child may take on a leadership trait. The second child will never mimic the same traits, it will find the next best suitable trait (which I assume may be influenced by environmental up bringing), the third will not copy the second or first siblings traits. Firstly, really like the post. Secondly, a thought that came to mind about genes and linage is the ginger gene. Apperently this gene can skip generations. A man can have very red hair, but his children will not, yet his children still hold on to gene until they have children. Thus his grandchildren share the similar hair colour. Another question that may need to be asked is; Was your father the only child? If not what position is he in the que. Do you have any other siblings, what is your positi…

I wouldn't say it's too much, I would say you are probably loosing weight, but also gaining muscle. There is no way to target fat. Say arms for example. By doing arm exercises the body isn't going to target the fat in the arms. Cardio is by far the best way to loose weight. Fat is merely stored energy, something that our DNA is programmed to do from ages ago. Some of the guys at the gym who are doing competitions or just being more proud of their physical appearance do "fasted cardio" (I think i…

An hour at the gym is not over training imo. 6-8 hours sleep is plenty of time to recover. Just be sure you are using more fuel than you put in. Generally over training for people new to the gym is due to ego. Thinking you can do more than you actually can.
