Its a dangerous road to outlaw the teaching of any knowledge in my opinion, but at the same time I think just letting naive young people bury themselves in debt getting a degree that will have next to (if not no) benefit in repaying their debt and being a productive member of society is a bad thing. At the very least I wish it was required by law to extensively inform students in programs with similarly little benefit that their future job prospects are extremely limited.

Absolutely no positions require a degree in gender studies. Even a professor who teaches gender studies doesn't necessarily have a degree in it. If I had to guess on the content from the description I googled, it sounds like they pick a gender (or some letter from that now stupidly long acronym that isn't a physical gender), and study people who are that gender, as well as history related to that gender. And I would bet real money that fewer than 3/10 people who major in that are genuinely inter…

Sterilization wouldn't solve this. This behavior is scarcely inherited, its taught. They and other extremists should definitely not be allowed to raise children, but stopping that isn't happening fortunately and unfortunately.

As a society, we need to dispense with the illusion that feminism is about equality. It has nothing to do with equality anymore. It is nothing more than a naked power grab that employs bullying and shaming tactics, relying on societal guilt in order to achieve its objectives. Usually I try to explain that these people aren't feminists at all because of how bastardized their beliefs have become, but when a large number of people start using a word incorrectly, the definition just ends up changing…

I've always considered this sub along with r/fatpeoplehate (and not in a bad way). In all cases, its pics of people being jerks with a theme, hopefully getting some comeuppance. Also, I'm guessing about the content r/fatpeoplehate, since I didn't start using reddit until after it got deleted, based on the copy they made in voat.
