Malcolm Gladwell's book 'Blink' talked about this back in 2005. No progress has been made because this issue mostly affects men. Society decided to defend and promote obesity instead because women complain about it even though they could just lose weight. Whereas height is immutable like race.

One day, you tall guys will learn that your anecdotes don't trump statistics. If you lost a boxing match despite having a reach advantage, does that mean longer reach isn't an advantage? Or do you just suck? If you don't think a 6'0 man has an advantage in life over his 5'0 but otherwise identical brother, you are tripping.

This is funny considering how the tall subreddit is full of people who can't stop humble bragging about their height. Meanwhile the short sub is full of men with no self-worth and want to commit suicide.

Bullies statistically have more sexual success. Short men statistically have lower success. If short men are more likely to be bullies then shouldn't short men have higher success with women? https://www.businessinsider.com/bullies-have-more-sex-according-to-a-new-study-2017-12 https://www.nature.com/articles/35003107

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
