3	How to stop becoming an incel? I agree 100% with the earlier comments re: finding a counselor or therapist to work on this with. I want to say that if you are unable to obtain a counselor for any reason- financial issues, parents won’t allow it, etc- you also have the option to use self-guided courses or workbooks on your own.
