Except the part where there are no women in men's prisons... I don't think they can rape the men from outside the prison walls.

4 is an assumption only if 3 is an assumption. While I agree with you that in the wider world, rapes/sexual assaults are predominantly inflicted on the opposite sex, I'd like to see some data saying that holds in an environment where there aren't many of the opposite sex. From what I've read on Wikipedia, prison rape is fairly common, which is also a unisex environment...

1)true, but that goes both ways and 560% is a lot to catch up even considering the lower likelihood of male reporting. 2)sure. 3)Assumption here, that is probably not the case in a mostly unisex environment. 4)See 3).

Maybe this sub would be better without the sensationalist titles and misrepresented stats. You're as bad as the stupid crazies we're trying to stand up against. Yes there were more assaults on men but it even said in the article that that is purely because there are so many more men in the army. From the figures in the article It's something like 560% more assaults on women proportionally.
