Sure. I'm not the person who decides what slogan catches on though. You have to use a bit of thought with these things. When I first saw "black lives matter" and "blue lives matter" I didn't assume they meant literally only those lives.

FYI - the phrase "Believe Women" doesn't mean to automatically believe their claims are true. It means to take them seriously and investigate. Many women's claims are ignored or never investigated.

I don't use those phrases. I didn't make them or promote them, I have no control over what gets popular. I think that if seeing one of them generates anger or mistrust, you need to reevaluate things. Don't let the loud extremes define everything.

suggests to encourage presumption of guilt Nope. You're reading into it something that isn't there. Much like the slogan "Blue Lives Matter", it doesn't mean that ONLY cop lives matter. It's calling attention to a specific group. Same with "Black Lives Matter".

There is some nuance to these slogans. Like when you see "Black Lives Matter", it doesn't mean than non-black lives don't matter. It's calling attention to a specific situation. Or if you see "Blue Lives Matter". That doesn't mean that only cop lives matter.

"Believe women" means to take their claims seriously and investigate, not necessarily believe the accused is guilty. It stems from a lot of claims being dismissed or ignored.
