Doesn’t exist. You’re fighting imaginary ghosts, and it’s weird.

The bond between women, even when we’re strangers, and especially when we’re friends, is my favorite part of being a woman. This happens still when there are only women present (actually much more often since I think we’re all a bit more relaxed then). It happens when there is nobody else around. It is truly not for an audience, let alone a male audience. This is far from the first time I’ve heard this notion from men, though, and the fact that so many men either hate it or assume an ulterior mo…

It’s a very transactional (and typically bad faith) question. I want my relationships to be built on love and emotion. That’s not going to happen if you view the relationship as a business transaction.

I mean firstly: they need to be solicited. This isn’t a man vs woman thing, I’ve discussed it extensively before- it’s just a decent person vs not decent person thing. But anyway… Nudes from women are usually of larger parts of her body, not just the genitals. Nudes from men are almost always just dick. That’s it. If you were to get constant photos of vaginas-just the vagina- constantly- you probably wouldn’t go nuts over it. All of the straight men I’ve talked to about this said they’d probably…

What exactly are the interactions you think women are calling predatory but you don’t think are predatory? You mentioned winking. What are some others? Edit to add that it’s not just the action that influences whether or not something is predatory, it’s also your position around her and the implied meaning. A friend winking at woman as part of a shared conversation and inside joke between the two of them? Fine? A stranger you’ve never talked to winking at you? That’s weird and uncomfortable. A s…

Have you not seen teachers striking and marching and trying to change things? Teachers in my district were so adamant that they had to close school for a week. Legislators retaliated and made it worse.

Words do have a meaning, and despite the word coming from involuntary celibate, and what that group defines it as, the vast majority of people define it by the ideology. At the very least, the ideology is needed to be one in addition to not being able to get any sexual partners. It’s certainly not just being involuntarily celibate.

Men who can’t get laid aren’t what I’d consider to be inc3!s. It’s an ideology, not merely the lack of any sexual experiences. I know plenty of people would disagree and I’m not getting into that debate, but as far as I’m concerned, you can have sex and still be an inc3! if you have the ideology. I know plenty of people who have never had sex and I wouldn’t consider any of them to be one. I really don’t care how much or how little sex someone has as long as everyone involved is a consenting adul…

I have no idea who you are or if you are one. Your post just fits the type. This sub used to have legitimate social commentary in good faith. Now, it’s just a lot of this. Women just wear makeup to get sex and leverage. Women don’t have empathy. Women are just leeches, and on and on and on and on with the same nonsense repeated again and again day after day. It all started at a very specific time- exactly when those subs were getting banned. There used to be a fair number of women and feminists …

Y’know, this sub was always a bit of a cesspool but dear God, it’s really been completely overrun with the people from that sub that I don’t think I’m allowed to name since it was shut down. Anyway, my makeup style and body mods make me less attractive to a large number of people. That’s fine. I’m also in a monogamous relationship that I have no intention to ever leave and still continue to make myself up in ways he doesn’t always prefer. I mean, it really isn’t. Or, rather, it’s encouraged in some small circles and strongly criticized by some somewhat larger circles. But, for the most part, most people are of the “mind your business, if it makes you happy and everyone consents, idgaf” opinion. I think that your insistence that it’s encouraged says much more about your own views and what views get your attention and make you angry than societal views at large.

Look, I don’t disagree that paying for yourself on the first date should be the standard, but I do find it incredibly ironic that the people who echo what you said almost always blame women when they’re left or a single mom for “not vetting men strictly enough” and “choosing quality men” but then also turn around and criticize women when they make any attempt to do just that.

You said name one woman whose done the same thing. I did. You keep naming selfless things men do as if that somehow makes women less empathetic. It doesn't. Women do that shit all the damn time as well.

I honestly don't know why so many people are so concerned with the romantic lives of people on OF. If they and their partners are fine with it, mind your business. I know married women who have great relationships and do OF and that's fine. My boyfriend doesn't want me doing OF and that's fine with us. You do whatever you want, just don't shame women who don't agree.

There's not a link, but they clearly reference the study it is based off of. Google is free. If you can't even put in that basic work to look it up, but can spend more time complaining about having to look it up rather than having a link, and are then going to accuse me of not reading what you wrote when you say you saw my response addressing everything you wrote, then we're done here. Perhaps it wouldn't correlate, you're right. But, it certainly doesn't support your assertion that men are more empathetic And I addressed that already, but I'll say it again since you failed to read my response: the second study had consistent findings across women of all socioeconomic classes who would not have their quality of life altered outside of the loss of their partner.
/r/PurplePillDebate30/08/20 08:14 PM
1

I didn't say the first study showed selfless empathy. The second does that, though good on you for ignoring that bit. The first shows the emotional intelligence and ability to recognize others' emotions even needed to continue on to step two of having selfless empathy. If you already knew women were more capable of step 1, I don't understand why you're harping on it being a fact so much.
/r/PurplePillDebate30/08/20 08:02 PM
1

You are making an assumption that all empathy displayed is "selfish empathy" on the part of women. There is nothing in these studies to suggest that. In the first study, merely understanding and identifying the emotions that other people are experiencing are the first steps in even having the capability to have selfless empathy. Women have more of this capability. In the second study, the findings were consistent among wealthy families who would not have their quality of life lessened outside of…

Your question wouldn't prove a point no matter the answer. It's such a rare situation that a handful of incidents where it did or did not happen would not be a trend. April Jones did this exact thing in 2018. It's still not indicative of any broader trend.

I don't think that men are sociopathic monsters, but neither are women. Most men are firefighters because men are more physically capable of becoming firefighters. I'm sick of these bs non answers that even a child can see doesn't correlate.

I think we can all agree that men desire women more than women desire men. No, I do not agree with that at all. If they truly desired men, wouldn’t it show in their actions? It does. Men historically have frequently beaten, raped, and controlled women and still do so too often today. Women continuing to desire men in spite of this should be example enough. That women simultaneously resent men for these actions is only to be expected.

First off, apologies for my abrasiveness. I've been talking to a lot of others here all morning. And happy cake day. No, sex is not sacred to me. But, it is invasive, personal, and comes with a myriad of potential consequences. It's much more serious than just getting a Coke. I think it comes down to communication, honestly. To be clear, are you openly admitting that you have slept with a woman and that she had sex she didn't want with you, only "consenting" because she knew that if she said no, there would be other punishments?

Good God, only RP men can be this genuinely stupid, I stg. It's not that there's no rebuttal, it's that it's so common sense that it wouldn't even need to be explained to a toddler. That women are incapable of love is an obviously incorrect statement and any belief of it is from an ingrained prejudice against and contempt for women.
/r/PurplePillDebate29/07/20 06:14 PM

Why the hell would you jump to the conclusion that she's sleeping with her boss to get a raise? When we're talking coercion, we're talking about a boss trying to sleep with his employee and her "accepting" because she knows that if she doesn't say yes, she'll get fired. That is most definitely rape.

Quite frankly, you're sick in the head of you think any of these things aren't that bad. Let's not compare getting a Coke to being pressured into having sex. You already know that's not the same thing. Saying no to sex and having someone continue to demand it is not the same thing as your friend whining about a Coke, and sex is much more personal with much graver consequences. 20% of women are being raped or sexually assaulted. The like between the two is blurry. Catcalling is not included in that. As you've said that's sexual harassment, not sexual assault.
/r/PurplePillDebate23/07/20 07:06 PM

No. And what I wish men on this sub would get through their heads is that desiring a women and finding her sexy is not objectification. Seeing her as only having value because of things is objectification.

We're not talking about different religious beliefs. We're talking about a group of men who think women are inherently childish and manipulative. What self respecting person would stay with a partner who thinks they're manipulative children by nature no matter what they do?

Why would we call it a class problem when it's not a class problem? It's called feminism because it is for women gaining equality. However, the same issues that hurt women also hurt men, so it's by extension helping men in the process. Women do not have more rights than men. Thinking that the teachings of Gearhart hold any water with anybody today is a massive reach. It's also not 1 in 4 get raped. Everyone is worth giving at least some measure of baseline human respect. Your issue is that, for women, you tie her worth almost exclusively to her sexuality rather than her personhood. Rather than asking women why they're "not acting worthy of respect," I'd like to ask you why you tie her worth to her sexuality. You say that women need to respect themselves before you can respect them. Ignoring how awful that mentality is to begin with, women are not disrespecting themselves by being promiscuo…

Probably because nobody tells most women that it's normal until they're almost adults, so growing up thinking otherwise and discovering that that's not the case is naturally going to be a let down. That, and everyone else likes to pretend that it's not normal- that if she doesn't cum, he's not good at sex or she's a bad partner, that she needs to fake it, etc.

You and me both. I can't orgasm from PIV sex. It's just never going to happen, and that was honestly something that was really hard for me to accept. Here's this thing that's been hyped up for all eternity and is supposed to be amazing, and it... doesn't work for me? It's a really tough pill to swallow. But, it's not at all uncommon. You want the real answer? Girls are conditioned from a young age to want it. Every fairytale ends with the princess getting married. Her whole life she's told to look forward to her wedding. A lot of people will see it as a failure to get a man to commit rather than a choice. Even if it's a long term partnership with everything the same as a marriage shy of the title and document, having children outside of a marriage is still seen as "slutty."

Firstly, you already answered your own question. It can be dangerous, much more so than a date or even being in each other's houses, and there is a social stigma as well. It's also invasive and potentially painful if you don't listen to instructions well. I should trust you to put myself in that position, and a few hours is not enough time to get that trust. You also need to consider that for many women, PIV sex doesn't lead to an orgasm. You probably get an orgasm. We might not, depending on wh…

Incel is defined, too. Graphic designer is graphic+designer, which you technically did if you free something in paint. I'm not even addressing that last point because it's that moronic and doesn't even fit the context. Incel is an ideology. Otherwise it's just being a virgin. Look it up. You have Google right there. There's research on them now and definitions, and not having sex for one year most certainly doesn't make someone an incel. Go ask them, I dare you.
/r/PurplePillDebate07/07/20 06:24 PM
1

I drew something in MS paint once, so that makes me a graphic designer by your logic.
/r/PurplePillDebate07/07/20 03:48 PM
1

First off, being an incel is different from not having sex. Incels are a group with a shared violently misogynistic ideology. People go one year without sex all the time. That doesn't mean that they're virgins or even involuntarily celibate. That just means that they didn't have sex in one calendar year. Most of the time, it's people who prefer sex in LTRs and haven't been in one in a year. Raising someone to see themselves as a human fleshlight rather than a person and enthusiastic participant …
/r/PurplePillDebate07/07/20 06:30 AM

Not having sex for one year doesn't make you an incel and proper parenting most certainly isn't raising a child with a toxic idea of their own sexuality for your own "genetic gain."
/r/PurplePillDebate06/07/20 10:31 PM

Less than 1% are incels, and raising a girl to have kids is not "raising her right."
/r/PurplePillDebate06/07/20 09:36 PM

Men did not "let" women contribute. They only allowed it after women finally demanded it. These advancements would have taken much longer without women, who singlehandedly made many of those discoveries without support from men.
/r/PurplePillDebate06/07/20 08:25 PM

Protection from the elements isn't something women were considered unequipped to handle on their own. Also computer algorithms, nuclear energy , the structure of dna, a number of elements we use in technology today, robotics, machine learning, refrigeration, and a ton of others. Mostly since women were actually allowed a more equal position in the work force. You could have had half of this stuff a hell of a lot sooner.
/r/PurplePillDebate06/07/20 08:13 PM
1

Do you need be told that correlation is not causation and that those statistics are more attributed to other cultural differences than number of sexual partners? And that those same statistics largely hold true for men, as well?
/r/PurplePillDebate06/07/20 08:01 PM
1

Men built a lot. So did women. You wouldn't be typing this on a tiny computer without women, nor have half of the other things you rely on every day. Women most certainly would not have died out without men considering women of the past only ever needed protection from other men and the wars that men started.
/r/PurplePillDebate06/07/20 07:55 PM
1

So you have no actual experience on this. It seems to me that you're, as your lingo would call, "hamster wheeling" to rationalize what you'd prefer to be reality as being reality. Why do you want that to be reality? Is it because you want to be special when a woman likes you? You should listen to women who actually have experience and not men who claim they've been with women and can infer things from thst. Promiscuous women are plenty happy having sex with any number of men and you're not speci…
/r/PurplePillDebate06/07/20 07:51 PM

That is just factually incorrect. Not to mention that what women didn't build or invent was due solely to men controlling them. I'd hardly call that civilized.
/r/PurplePillDebate06/07/20 07:46 PM
3

Ah, but if men have lots of sex outside of LTRs, they're totally fine, right?
/r/PurplePillDebate06/07/20 07:44 PM
2

Nothing about men in any point in history was ever civilized. Men have largely brutalized, vandalized, killed, and pillaged. That's not to say that men today are inherently violent, but RP is certainly trying it's best.
/r/PurplePillDebate06/07/20 07:43 PM

Also, if your happiness is lessened whenever you have sex, you need to seek help.
/r/PurplePillDebate06/07/20 07:36 PM

You're largely what's wrong with the sub and the redpill mess it's devolved into. It constantly amazes me how RP will accuse women of "hamster wheeling" to rationalize illogical things when the entirety of Red Pill is a giant "hamster wheel." Women are plenty happy having sex however often and with whoever. It's YOU who doesn't like that because you want to feel special, and you who is projecting and rationalizing that to make it that women are in fact the ones unhappy.

/r/PurplePillDebate06/07/20 07:33 PM

The notion that you think her having sex will make her unhappy and will embarrass you is fucked up. Not to mention that a child should not have a sexual life.
/r/PurplePillDebate06/07/20 07:23 PM
2

You can find kids cute. But when the only things you care about is how she looks and how much sex she has, it's fucking creepy as hell. You, as a father, should not be involved in your daughter's sex life at all beyond making sure that she's educated on safe sex.
/r/PurplePillDebate06/07/20 07:15 PM
3

You only care about two things in your daughter and that's her sexuality and how she looks. How is that not a problem? And I'm not saying you're a pedophile. But, you do have some vastly concerning priorities with a little girl that can and will nonetheless lead to sexual trauma.
/r/PurplePillDebate06/07/20 07:05 PM
3

Oh I know that you didn't intend for them to be related. But the notion that the only two things you have to contribute about your daughter is how sexual she's allowed to be and how cute she is doesn't exactly paint you in a good light.
/r/PurplePillDebate06/07/20 06:56 PM
3

Men also lack sex to you, but you seem to imply that they are better friends and co-workers. Ergo, you have more problems getting along with women than men. That's your fault not women's fault. Women are not worse company, worse friends, and worse company. Their worse friends to you because you value them as sexual objects more than individual people, unlike men, who you value for individuality. That is indeed a problem. Perhaps not a problem for you, but a problem for the women you're around.

Indeed. Talking about a young girls potential sexuality and then calling her cute? Big ew.

Women are more likely than men to be child free.

Probably a girl, though I'd love either. Very close mother-daughter relationships in adulthood are more socially accepted and therefore likely to occur than very close mother-son relationships. I'd like to have that.

Anecdotally? Let's see. I'm in my early twenties, as are all of my friends. My partner and I have been together since highschool, as is one of my other male friends with his partner. One friend is gay. I don't know a whole lot about his sex life, but I get the sense that he's been with a few guys, though I'd be surprised if he was with 20. Another has only been with one past girlfriend, doesn't want to hook up with anyone outside of a LTR, and isn't actively seeking a LTR, though he's interested…

If you can't get along with half the population outside of sexual situations, did you ever consider that you're the problem, and not everyone else?

That is both redpill (aka incorrect) and not common sense.

Because redpill is an extremist ideology and extremist ideologies lack nuance.

Not really. Myself, many of my female friends, and many of my male friends' girlfriends want it that much.

Hahaha, no. My anxiety spikes through the roof when I'm in a relationship and I was pursued more outside of one, so I felt plenty attractive and desirable. I definitely think that being single was easier and posed less problems. But, he's amazing, I love him, he's absolutely worth it, and I'm glad that I have him.

Why should they have to?

I think you already answered your own question. Humans are social creatures, and while you might not, for most people, that involves romantic intimacy. It's fulfilling to a lot of people and while you have a lot of rational reasons, emotions aren't always rational.

An age gap IS an experience gap. Even if not in sex, in every other walk of life.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
