I mean I’m all for putting away people who lie about being raped, but 10-30 years in prison should be reserved for much worse penalties. I just wish that gender, race, what have you, would be taken completely out of the equation when hiring. That’s the only way to get real equality. There needs to be some law passed that says that these factors cannot be taken into consideration when hiring a new employee. 5	Outside Magazine - The Outdoor Industry Has Too Many White Dudes I think that if you only included people who were hired in the last 5-10 years there would be more white men being hired, but including the entire workforce there would probably be more women and minorities.
