Thank you, I'll get started on that.

I kinda figured that. Have you gone through the process? Is it cut and dry with no wiggle room?

I don't understand your stance. If I swat my daughter's hand when she stubbornly reaches for the hot stove (or anything she's not supposed to touch) I'm abusing her? I'm a bad parent because I would rather her take what I say seriously than take a nasty burn? Its not an ongoing thing. I've taught both my girls to listen through a firm hand. Once they learned to listen, I haven't had to do anything other than talk to them since then.

That's not an option, then I'm in contempt of the child support order

This is my biggest frustration, I just want to see my daughter. She needs to know who I am. I don't want to cause my wife grief but the way I've been treated lately has lit a fire in my soul and every second of every day it grows brighter and burns hotter. I'm not going to stand for this. I will do my best and thanks to everyone for the encouragement and advice.

Her boyfriend lives where my daughter is supposedly at. The city, hopefully not the same house.

Her boyfriend lives in the same area as where my daughter supposedly is.

I do, and this is the weekend I chose, and there's no clause with an age restriction

Thank you, I'll try that, her aunt lives there

What do I tell them that will get them to act? Cps filed a report, and all law enforcement says its a civil matter for me to find out where my daughter is and if she's safe

She used to live there and supposedly left her there so she could go to the dr.

Is ss different than cps?

None of the authorities think so, they tell me to get a lawyer

Update: texted her this morning asking for the sitter's # she's ignoring me. How do I know? She posted a picture of her and her bf 20 minutes ago. Going to the police station right now

My wife doesn't have the gas money to go get her, pretty sure the babysitter is watching her for free

My plan as of the moment is to: 1) got to the local police station with my court orders. 2) if that doesn't work then I'm calling cps and the attorney generals office.

I just woke up, not that I could sleep very well. I'll try and keep a update. I cant just go get her. I don't know where she is or how to get in touch with the babysitter, and I can't just pack up and drive 9 hours across the state. my daughter is extremely important to me, but my bosses are assholes and I don't have the luxury of a day or even an evening off, and I cant afford to take any time off.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
