I just started a factory job, and the whole "sexual harassment" area of the book is based exclusively on men towards women, and very explicitly says if you stare at a woman too long they can get you fired. I will agree it can be easier for women to have a good life. Often more so looks based than just plain gender. Like I said it's not so much a gender gap as it is a discrimination gap. | 5 | Biden pretends gender pay gap is still a thingAlot of people still think gender pay gap is a huge thing. It may be in some areas of work. Who knows. What I do know is in the factory...and I've worked alot of factories...its common to see women rise through the ranks very fast without experience over men...as well as getting higher pay, and favoritism from supervisors. Hell I've trained for jobs in factories while watching women get the position I was training for with no experience. Which, good on them, but what about my hard work too?
