Oh no, I'm not saying it hasn't helped. But it's not taboo anymore and most people who would make a donation are aware of it. So now we're spending money on commercials and other forms of advertising that are basically telling people something they already know. Time to start putting that money towards research or awareness for other forms of cancer IMO.

As cynical as it is, October being Breast Cancer Awareness Month doesn't really mean jack shit for fighting cancer itself.
