Clearly the dude is a clown that she has no respect for. He’s allowing himself to be walked all over. You may feel bad for him, but theres nothing you can do except not allow yourself to become such a weak man. This is a woman’s form of showing her disgust in his weakness. Its simply female nature.

I’m sorry but you won’t get big muscle cross sectional area with light weights like that. Maybe curls, but thats it. Big muscles requires heavy weights. Recommend joining 24hr fitness/anytime.

55 kilos at 5’8” is severely underweight. I’m not even that strong, and I could OHP you for sets of 8. Boxing will not get you the results you are after. You need to get STRONG and gain weight. Make strength training your main focus right now. You have a ton of potential at your current weight.

Google Dr.’s Austin Baraki and Jordan Feigenbaum from Barbell Medicine. Both are doctors. Austin can squat over 600, and Jordan can pull 700. You can make time to lift. A novice LP program has you lift for 3 hours a week. Don’t give up so easy bud.

A novice should not " go hard". He should pick up a damn barbell and squat/bench/press/deadlift with proper form 3x a week, for three sets of five. Add 5 lbs to each lift until you can't anymore. It doesn't take rocket appliances.
