Then you're not focusing on yourself . What women wear shouldn't be problem, it shouldn't distract you. Gyms are for self-improvement for our mental and physical health. I'm in a fighting aerobics class where there are mostly women 3 other men including myself. I don't focus on anyone else but myself. I hope this comment is a joke, if not and it's truly a problem for work out at home.

I'm down voting this post. 1 who the fuck stops at a McDonald's for "food and refreshments" this isn't four seasons its a McDonald's. 2. You have a 🍆 you pee anywhere in anything unless you have to 💩 then I recommend google maps places with public bathrooms. 3 who sacrifices the health of their bladder to call corporate ?, Karen and Ken's that's who. Another thing I usually ask workers if I could use the women's bathroom sometimes they yes and sometime they say no. Ive encounter a lot bathrooms …
