Interesting perspective on Roosh. That’s certainly possible - kind of like a politician who gets caught doing something horrible and then shortly thereafter “finds Jesus” in an effort to avoid public public backlash. I don’t know the guy, so I really couldn’t say one way or the other. I do know that that arc - hedonist to holy - is a very real thing that happens. It makes sense - even if you entirely reject the notion of the supernatural, traditional religions are still chock full of ancient wis…

The Red Pill is just a recognition of the ugly truths of human nature. It’s about understanding how people tick. Your religious outlook is what answers your questions about WHY, and also regulates what you do with that knowledge. If you’re an atheist, you may believe that hypergamy exists because humans evolved into it. If you’re a religious Christian, you may or may not accept evolution depending on your denomination, but you probably also believe that hypergamy is an expression of mankind’s fa…

Hey, brother. I can’t say I’ve ever actually been suicidal, but I have been in a similar spot. It was about five or six years ago now that I found out my wife was cheating on me. Now, I’ve always known that nobody’s perfect, but I thought she was perfect for me. She was hot and remarkably intelligent. She had the same demented sense of humor that I do, and had the same energy and wanderlust I have. Life with her was an adventure. But then I found out she’d been hooking up with a college buddy on…

Her attraction to OP is waning. He no longer has the frame for this kind of dominant behavior. This is a felony charge waiting to happen.

I am deeply sorry that this is happening to you. You’ve called her your “GF” so I assume you’re pretty invested in her, so this has got to hurt. I know you’ve read red pill stuff and are already familiar with its philosophies... but this is your actual red pill moment right now. This is where you see the depravity that women - even ones you’re close to - are capable of. Welcome to the brotherhood. Respect yourself enough to get out. I know want to convince yourself that this is no big deal, or t…

This is enormously tragic. I saw this last night, and this probably hits me harder than any of the other silencings to date. Let’s keep each other apprised of the situation; if the Chateau is resurrected on another platform, let’s keep each other informed here.

I’ve been exactly where you are. I went through a divorce about three years ago now - shitcanned my wife for cheating - and no matter how much I internalize red pill principles, there is still a little piece of me that mourns the loss of the marriage. A month or two ago, I found out through the grapevine that my ex had remarried. I still haven’t; I’m dating a younger, hotter, very red-pill-friendly woman, but, like most guys on here, am still skittish about marriage. Just because she’s married d…

I’m not sure where you are in California, but Southern California is pretty much the American Mecca of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and Mixed Martial Arts (which sounds intimidating, but the vast majority of schools other than the top professional camps are actually super-friendly to beginners). There are also a lot of places to do traditional Asian martial arts if that’s your thing for some reason. It’s the birthplace of the fitness lifestyle and American bodybuilding culture. There’s literally a beach …

Yeah, learning to handle myself was incredibly helpful for my confidence in high school. I recommend every young man learn to defend himself, but if you don’t have a personal passion for it, don’t make it your sport. If rowing gets you fired up, go do rowing! You’ll still make a good crew (see what I did there?) of friends doing that even though they don’t go to your school. You could also get into BJJ casually and still compete at another sport. There are lots of people who just go to BJJ once …

You’re interested in doing an NCAA-recruited sport but also want to learn how to fight? Consider wrestling. I know you’re probably off to a later start than a lot of the athletes on your school wrestling team, but it could be worth a shot. Especially if you pick up no-gi Jiu Jitsu in the off season - that will help your wrestling enormously. You might discover a talent for it. Then, when you’re a crusty old college graduate like I am, you can get into gi Jiu Jitsu. You’ll have a great base of sk…

Protecting your friends is legit. Self-examination may be in order as to why you really hang out with these girls, but if you spend your time with them because you legitimately enjoy their company, then I think you did the right thing. White knighting is when you do something for approval, or because you think it will make the girl like you more. The most egregious examples of this are times when a guy will insert himself into a situation where he doesn’t know either party - or the situation, fo…
