So at my previous employer we had "down days". One was for sexual assault. One girl asked why we can't have a class to teach men to know what rape is and not do it. I said that was a perfect idea and we can have it in conjunction with other classes. We can also teach blacks not to steal and women to not drown their children. Apparently I was being inappropriate.
