Sleeping with someone while they are drunk IS rape. Wtf are ya'll talking about? More and more women are coming forward because they realized they were taken advantage of in situations where, previously, the actions of the rapists were defended. "What was she wearing?" "Why was she out late?" "What did she expect from a male friend?" "Why was she drunk?"

I don't understand...the bill is saying that in order for sex to be considered consensual, the person has to give a clear YES. What exactly is wrong with that? You shouldn't be having sex with anyone unless they say say yes anyways.The point of this, I am assuming, is to force people out of "gray areas" where victims may be taken advantage of. I think they are two separate issues. 1. Child support is something that can be applied to both men and women. It isn't something inherently applied to men. 2. Abortion deals with the rights to body autonomy. Something that is never forced on men when they are about to have a baby, because they are not the ones carrying. 3.
