1	How can i challenge my beliefs that all married men are low status? Wait till you realize that a majority of married people get sex more often than single people do. Also don't you work on chores in your own home? Deadbedroom is a thing but so are guys that can't get laid. And sure in some ways being intimate is different than when you're fucking random women but there's a lot of positives you get including with the "negatives" you seem to think.
