No you need to plan a divorce two or three years prior. All your ducks need to be in a row. Talk to an accountant. Planning will pay big.

So my uncle was in town visiting Sunday He came over for dinner. Three hours later the crazy ex texts that a source at my parents home (sisters were there at a get together) told her that I was having dinner with my uncle and gf. I laughed at the term "source" The next day daughter number 2 who is really the nicest most non judgmental child of my two send gf an extremely nasty email. I call her immediately and she blows off the email. Says she can send what she likes. That she heard her mother u…

Again, very traditional family. Father is a prominent member of the community. Family is everything. So I guess you could say I'm the black sheep because I got divorced. Interesting though because career wise I'm the most successful and I'm a risk taker.

Definitely both 1 and 2. During holidays and days of significance she would like to be with my family, siblings, etc. and it drives her crazy. So she goes manic. It's absolutely predictable. My gf actually noticed the pattern. She also has a father that seems very off and a brother with borderline personality disorder, so......maybe................. Not a very loving family. Dad was an airforce master Sargent. Very rigid personality. Authoritarian.

Well my ex wife has her tentacles embedded in her. I tell her what is necessary but I do not want her to have baggage. It's a fine line between what's she needs to know and what I want her to know.

My sisters are terrible. Super aggressive. Like a gang. My daughter is smart but an airhead. My sisters call her and give her advice. Guidance. All the wrong advice. My ex and I were the model family in appearance. She loved to show off. Both make great money. It's like they are basking in the the situation because it makes their own families look more successful. family can be so terrible.

Recording conversations and of her actions. Financial records. Her using the firm card for 18g in personal expenses and then successfully using her charm to not be charged with a crime as long as she paid it back.

GF is so tired of the drama from my family she is close to calling it a day. So frustrating. I don't blame her. But I told her I'll deal with this more aggressively. Like a curse.

That was documented on the first page of the divorce doc. She didn't get child support or spousal after 15yrs. Think about that. She's one of those ☺️ in public yet crazy insane constantly complaining manic spender never pay bills spit on you if angry berate you at the dinner table in front of your daughters kinds of lunatics.

You must pleasure yourself regularly. Growing old alone will reduce your lifespan.

Yes, I have an older aunt and uncle. One adult child. No grandkids. They seem bored senseless. Superficial life of travel and socializing with similarly empty souls. My other aunt and uncle have 5 kids. They are totally enjoying retirement. Grandkids and kids keep them happy. Very festive household. So fun.
