Do we or is that just your fear? I know most of my aunts and uncles are childless with all of thembeing old now, and the last words I would describe them is "lonely and miserable". They all live very fulfilling lives. Also, Eartha Kitt's daughter was said having spend the last days with her.

Homo Sapiens did not fall out of the sky, did it? It evolved without having access to electricity starting literally billions of years ago. Average person did not have access to roman aqueducts and public fountains, still we did not go extinct. Also, women on construction sites typically do construction work. Your argument was that they are standing there.

No job is necessary for our survival. Unless you are someone who dies when elecricity stops running. Also I don't know in what country you are from, but here it is very normal to see women on construction sites ngl, despite it being male dominated. I have served in army too, and there was not a single position we did not have women on. What are you on about?

You ignored the point where I said that humanity has existed way before modern infrastructure and electricity and even mining. After catastrophies like Katrina the entire society had to come together to fix the damage, you saw this with corona too. Most jobs men do are neither necessary for survival, like I said, they are just an extra benefit. Just because the workforce is divided does not mean that the other side isn't capable of doing something, it is about desire and willingness.

I'm confused why are you paying for the abortion alone. If that is the case and she doesn't accept the conditions you gave her (like possibly choosing a cheaper hospital) I think you should just "fuck off". The pill would be cheaper, anyways. I think this is a very weird point, because people in general need very little to sustain life. Just because labour has somewhat divided between men and women in modern world, it doesn't exactly mean the other side would just die if the other gender disappeared or stopped working. Only thing that really makes genders depend on eachother is procreation. A spouse inheriting the other for 4 years on average, before passing the inheritance to their children is not that big of a problem. If you stay married till death, what would you want to happen exactly? Cause if these men were worried their partner will possibly inherit them, I doubt these men would have married in the first place. Isn't that exactly what happens to the children also, who inherit their parents? The post said spouses on average keep the inheritance for 4 years before passing it to the next generation. Must be nice to not have worked a day in your life and still inherit everything, just for being born?

Women committing to taking care of the children during wartime has nothing to do with patriarchy tho, that is just what mammals tend to do, with or without a war. And especially during wartime gender roles are minimal, people in the homefront have to commit to nurturing and providing for the family.
