If you think that men on dating apps are only looking for hook-ups, you're wrong. Half of men on these apps are using them to find an exclusive romantic partner, compared to 59% of women, and these percentages are almost certainly higher on dating apps that cater to that population. It is possible that ugly women mostly or only get messaged by men who just want to have casual sex, but I haven't seen any evidence of that.

I noticed you just go around posting links to disprove other ppls comments. You do know you’re on a debate sub, right? When women comment expressing how they can live without sex, dick isn’t as much of an accomplishment as guys think it is, etc it gets a lot of upvotes (presumably by women) This is a complete non-sequitur. I think a lot of men who become fathers at an older age already wanted to have a child when they were younger, but couldn't because no woman wanted to reproduce with them until they had accumulated a decent amount of status and wealth. Women are the gatekeepers of reproduction.

The second chart on that page shows that far more young men are single than young women. In fact, the elderly are the only age group where single women outnumber single men, and that's easily explained the fact that women generally outlive their partners.
