First of all, Dr. Ford waited until confirmation week to bring up something that may or may not have happened almost 40 years ago. Second, after several investigations, there was absolutely nothing proving it. Third, even the witnesses' testimonies contradicted Dr. Ford's. There's this thing called "innocent until proven guilty." I'm not saying Kavanaugh did or didn't do it; we can't know that for sure unless there's evidence that proves it, which there isn't.
