That's only a thing for hot women. Most women don't have that experience in life. wake up.

I'm closed to misogyny, yes. Girls are raised as misogynists so calling any woman closed is insane. It takes a lot of effort to stand up for our voices in society as women. It goes against how we are raised.

No that's not the reason why you don't bother emmen at the gym which again makes me think you're a man. Women do not want to be bothered by men okay?
/r/PurplePillDebate19/05/22 04:52 AM

You sound like a man. She doesn't need to work on herself. Men judge women far worse than what she just said.
/r/PurplePillDebate19/05/22 04:50 AM

It's really disrespectful to women. Men use any and every space to be inappropriate with women. This behaviour needs to stop. There are dedicated spaces for dating. They should use them. We can't keep using every public space for dating. There is life outside of dating.

No it did not disprove my point at all. She is already pretty. You cannot make an unattractive face attractive. If you are born unattractive as a woman you cannot change it. Jesus Christ. What a child. Of course you don't need anyone's permission but why are you so fkd up as a person that you would not do that? Everything is publicly available. Consider what the origins of that image might have been and of how it was likely shared in a specific safe space. You should not then take it out of that…

Yeh these men are toxic

He dumped his loyal wife for a young girl and the toxic men on this toxic sub are praising him?

So many trashy, misogynistic men on reddit... the fact that you think you have brains... every female sub should be like FDS so that toxic men don't think they're intelligent. This is what happens when your dumb egos aren't kept in check. This sub needs to be next.
/r/PussyPassDenied18/05/22 05:49 PM

Forgive me, I can't read into the minds of teenage boys. What did you think you were doing in posting that picture? Showing me that an already attractive girl can look more presentable with make up? Did she give you permission to post that picture?
/r/PurplePillDebate18/05/22 05:45 PM

So this is the problem. "Besides a gross face". So men have the advantage here. Women cannot change their faces.
/r/PurplePillDebate18/05/22 04:58 PM

Or because they turn a blind eye to cheating men in order to keep the peace...

Tolerance of male infidelity sadly.

Upper class where? In the UK we have upper class people not in America.
/r/PurplePillDebate18/05/22 04:56 PM

Which means the men they meet in those careers are not toxic men. Women tend to be the ones who file for divorce so the quality of men is the problem here and nothing to do with the women. So then it makes sense for something like FDS to exist to weed out the toxic men. All good.
/r/PurplePillDebate18/05/22 04:55 PM

They're everywhere actually. The most important success is women identifying misogynists and toxic men and not dating them...

Men care about things women cannot change like their faces which is ultimately much worse.

Yeh that's not generally true. It's because those are the people they work with. Many relationships started out either at uni or in the workplace.
/r/PurplePillDebate18/05/22 04:52 PM
1

That's just not true. HVW is part of the FDS rules. People comment on FDS without putting their egos aside and looking at what it is. Also "besides a gross face". You see that misogyny? You see how absolutely disgusting it is to talk about a woman like that? This is why we need spaces like FDS to protect us from misogyny or toxicity in men. How do women standards any chance in life when they have to deal with such disgusting comments like that? We cannot be ourselves without being judged on how …

The "rules" are really not rigidly followed by many posters and they are just standard and not extreme.
/r/PurplePillDebate18/05/22 04:50 PM

Agreed apart from the off putting and terrible mindset. There good advice on there. You don't need to be that involved. I don't have any interest in dating but I enjoyed being on the sub. I would not perceive it as bitter. There is anger at the audacity of mistreatment and misogyny and they have every reason to be.
/r/PurplePillDebate18/05/22 04:49 PM

Wtf are you even talking about? None of this has anything to do with FDS.

ALL films are ugly men and beautiful women. ALL TV is ugly men and beautiful women. Our whole culture is about what straight men want to see.
/r/PurplePillDebate18/05/22 04:45 PM

Uh no. Firstly incels are misogynists and misogynists kill women on a daily basis. Blaming toxic men for toxic male behaviour isn't on a par. Blaming toxic men exists to protect women from... guess what... toxic men. FDS protects women from incels and toxic men, that's the whole point. Their standards are not "insanely high" they're extremely basic. What size depressing is that when men don't like something they get to shut it down. If only they put that same energy into shutting down misogyny (…

This is why we need anti-misogyny laws and for this behaviour to result in a prison sentence. Any man who does this should be named on a public register. Edit - to add that any woman who supports misogyny like this should also face punishment.

I know, I was joking about the balls thing. Careful you don't get arrested for that knowing how stupid our legal system is. Why are the police so shit?! I wish I knew what you could do!

True though I'm trying to think about this another way - say a woman (perhaps with a unique name), wanted to change her name to protect herself from being traced by a former abuser? This is a hard one.
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy07/04/22 06:28 PM

Oh God. I'm in the UK. Brothers are useless. Can you get away in a few months' time at all? Are you up north? Deep heat isn't great because he won't feel pain when you kick him in the balls.

This should be public knowledge. We really need a central website that supports women's needs. We need an FDS that is global and outside of reddit.

Maybe it should be? It never changes. I know mine by heart.
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy07/04/22 05:08 PM

As someone who changed their name, if you pay extra you can have it on public record. It's like it's seen as a privilege to have it set in stone. By default it's generally your private business.

I mean... it's a step and quite possibly the only decent thing that has ever come out of Priti Patel's mouth. It's only one of many things that should be done but I'm not against it.

Lol. Okay we won't visit you in your mother's house then, incel. Completely agree with your original post. Women need to stop telling men about their savings, their earnings and their property and assets. They don't seem to understand that men are jealous and many of them are golddiggers. Their number one aim will be to take that for themselves because their entitlement outweighs their ability to get off their backsides and actually earn it for themselves.

Can't remember how I came across that anti-FDS sub but I was stupid enough to engage with it. They're just very controlling men who don't understand that women are living, breathing people with opinions and feelings.
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy07/04/22 04:46 PM
103

Honestly, I maintain that in the next 50 years or so, women will opt out of living with men. Straight men, anyway. I can imagine either women living alone or for those who want kids, raising their kids in a community that does not include straight men.
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy07/04/22 04:40 PM

That's different because the suffragettes on some level felt they had worth or they wouldn't have done it in the first place. I don't know where they got it from but my guess is that it was parental. It's not something you can pretend to have. You either have it or you don't. It's not really something you can "move on" from if you don't even realise it's a problem in the first place. They need to be told explicitly that they have worth and it takes time to build it. They don't take action becaus…

True but there are also the women who are frightened of intimacy or who don't want a relationship but just want validation (I was one). Instead of admitting that to themselves, they will get involved in what you called the cat-and-mouse thing - an emotionally intensive drug-like dilemma that can never be resolved - as a way of avoiding reality. There is that saying that if you want Mr Unavailable then it means you are unavailable: https://www.baggagereclaim.co.uk/wanting-mr-unavailables-being-mi…

I don't really trust when they say "but I love him", though. I think what they actually mean is "but he validates me", no matter how miniscule that validation is. It's great that young women on this sub have the confidence of their own convictions but unless you have received external validation from parents or elders when you were growing up esp. from males then you are operating from a place of lack. You barely have a self.
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy22/02/22 06:51 AM
11

Well if you believe you are worthless then that's why. Our entire society is constructed to make women feel like less so they think less of their own opinions. It's very difficult to even get to a place where you are observing male behaviour critically if you are repeatedly told that men are the only people who have value. They grant you your value. They decide. So just the simple effortless validation from men is like oxygen. It boggles my mind that any woman can even escape that at all. It's n…

This strikes me as being tricky, though. If you have an abusive ex chances are you won't want him to know where you live and you would probably not want your kids near him so you would change their school. You'll want to protect them. Does this count as kidnapping in court?

Does it make sense to ever agree to deal with one lawyer together for the divorce?
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy09/02/22 04:46 AM

This is so sad and I feel sorry for those mums. They have nothing left inside because of those men. That a judge doesn't take abusive behaviour as the biggest reason to not give someone custody is really depressing. That they don't understand that the result of being in an abusive relationship means you're going to be distraught is astonishing. Damaged men shouldn't be anywhere near their children. The fact that they're doing this for power and to protect their name is sickening. Can you explain…

Stupid loser. The company would not have been affected by it and he knows it. This is male jealousy yet again. He wanted his male friend to get the job. His friend didn't get it. Ella was chosen and he was angry about it doubting her abilities etc. so he wanted to ruin her life. Utter moron.

Yeh my first question was also "is he gay?"
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy06/02/22 01:13 PM

Yeh that conclusion is a huge amount of bs. Let us not forget that: Men lie Men do not see themselves or their behaviour at all 100% of men only have friendships with women they find attractive. I've had this conversation with male co-workers before and they jump in with "lol I don't want a relationship with them" okay but are any of your female friends unattractive to you? "No". These "logical" beings don't put two and two together.
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy06/02/22 08:50 AM
20

Yep 100%. I'm an unattractive woman and men let me know it in a myriad of ways. They absolutely do NOT befriend women they do not find attractive and they get extremely angry if you try to talk to them. If a man is your friend it's because he sees you as attractive. There are countless youtube tiktok videos about how men treat women they don't find attractive. For some reason I can't paste the YouTube link! I didn't know this story at all but thanks for sharing. He should get life. He's a pedo, blackmailed, mental abuser and the direct cause of her suicide. I am honestly disturbed that people called her a sl--t.

I'm in a similar boat to you but I have to put make up on so that I don't get abuse from guys about how I look, so it's a survival thing. Beyond that I'm asking myself if I need to dress up. Once I stopped wanting to be validated by men, I stopped bothering. Men will always look at other women but some will just do it very discreetly. You'll still see it, though, because they're obvious dolts. It really depends on what your priorities are. I read your comment about being super horny in the table…

Congratulations on your healing and for prioritising yourself! It's really only in the last few years that I realised how utterly self centred men were. They will completely disregard anything that is in the way of what they want. It's incredible. Astounding even. It's in every man I have ever met from "friends" to teachers to managers to the man on the street. I don't ever want to be that much of a selfish moron but I am inspired to cut out any nonsense in my life as a result. The day I stopped…

Be careful getting involved in other people's business especially if you are making judgements on women to benefit men. It's not a good thing to be doing and can lead to guys being abusive.

How can a man be this fkn stupid???? He should be publicly humiliated. He should have reached this epiphany at the age of 3.

/r/FemaleDatingStrategy02/02/22 07:35 AM

I always hated Friends because it was shallow as hell. The women were beautiful the men were unattractive. It stole from two shows before it and it was just deeply unfunny. Shouting doesn't make bad material sound funnier.

I was thinking about this very thing the other day. I know so many stories of great grandmothers having 10+ children. It's nice to think "maybe they did enjoy having a rich sex life" but sadly my overriding thought is how many of those women got to say "no" to their husbands?
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy11/01/22 08:42 AM

It's not that I'm against the idea but the problem for me is that I dont think I would ever want to share domestic space with a man.

This is actually perfectly put. It's true.

How come?
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy28/12/21 07:35 PM

I think it was hated because the female gaze is hated. It's the reason I never watched it when it came out. All of the guys around me would ridicule it. They always have something to say when women sit around talking about them. They hate it.

Is it weird I feel bad for the dolls?
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy28/12/21 07:27 PM

If your requirements for a girlfriend can be met by a robot then you don't have the maturity or intelligence to be with a real life woman. Why is it that men never ask the question "am I the problem?" That was 4 years ago so by now he will have sailed off into the sunset with his metal girlfriend. I hope she didn't melt.
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy28/12/21 07:26 PM

Sorry to hear that. This sounds like a good set of boundaries to have. I never even thought about the adult kids 😬
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy28/12/21 03:56 PM

Yeh I'm starting to think it would be a bad idea. Would you be comfortable with the guy being "over" her but having pictures of her in the house?
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy28/12/21 09:21 AM
26

Thank you. Yes I think I would be bothered by the dead wife pics in the house. I would feel as if I was sharing him. I wonder if widowers feel like they're "cheating" otherwise?
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy28/12/21 09:20 AM
35

Wow. This is really insightful and thanks for sharing the brutal truth. Why doesn't it surprise me that men use the dead wife as a way to manipulate women? I don't think it's something I could handle. I would probably feel awkward about it like I'm a third wheel. Very sorry for your early loss! That's really young!

Thanks. Yeh that sounds terrible for her!!
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy28/12/21 09:12 AM

Good. Complacency is a man's worst habit. Hopefully she will get to know what type of man he is before she gets pregnant but many guys tend to lie like hell until the woman is trapped.
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy23/12/21 07:10 PM

This is one of the reasons why I don't think I could ever live with a man. I once went on holiday with a boyfriend and only shared a hotel room and bathroom and thought "this can never happen again".

I'm actually banned too from participating in a sub that also banned me for questioning something. Extraordinary. This is what happens when men are allowed in women's forums and are somehow allowed to be mods. They will try to take control. It is the nature of patriarchy. They need to change their name to Patriarchy Vs Witches.

Please get rid of your male friends. If you have good male friends this would not be happening. Your life is worth living, irrespective of whether or not you will ever find a decent man to date. Whilst it's definitely important to be aware of men for the sake of your own safety (and sanity), the first step towards enjoying life is to have complete disregard for the male gaze. You cannot be happy whilst focusing on what you find deplorable. Men being such self centred creatures will have you believe that without them you cannot live a happy life. Why are we agreeing? This is what annoys me about people comparing FDS to PUA subs. You would have to be mentally and emotionally damaged to not see the difference. PUAs entire existence is about going out and actively damaging women's well being and safety. FDS is about coping with these toxic men.
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy14/11/21 06:50 AM

If this society had any decency, law enforcement would read that thread and track them down. That needs to be a thing that exists.
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy14/11/21 06:45 AM
56

Yeh you can't talk to men about this stuff mainly because they're self -centred but also because their primary interest is in keeping male supremacy alive. Every action or "debate" (which is never a debate just a shutting down) is designed to prolong and fuel male supremacy.
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy14/11/21 06:43 AM

Yep. It also needs to be pointed out that the reason they want younger women is that their elderly sperm is more likely to produce "unhealthy" children. Something that, for years, they have blamed on women.

You need to rid yoursel…

Value is subjective. I have zero interest in dissecting the irony or lack of understanding in your arguments or of proving my value to anyone, least of all a kid. Imagine being on FDS and behaving the way you do. Find a better way to be heard. You should be on TRP. I might as well be talking to a man. The perspective that comes with age matters. Most definitely. You'll know when you're 40. I'm blocking you because you're a drain on my energy and lack the perspective, empathy and awareness to be …

A well thought out argument that considers reality and the human condition is naive? No, it's not naive. "All men consciously and intellectually know what they are doing" is naive. You might want to consider your own internalised misogyny... I'm not white.
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy14/08/21 07:20 AM
12

Yes but not all understanding is intellectual. A lot of men will understand misogyny on a visceral level, not necessarily on an intellectual level. When something is the norm, it's not easy to see it but it is felt. If a woman behaves differently to the norm, men will go out of their way to stop that from happening. They don't "see" themselves or their misogyny. That's too high minded. What they see is "this feels wrong, I will control the situation to restore order again".
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy14/08/21 05:57 AM
53

Yeh it's so normalised it's disgusting.
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy13/08/21 09:52 PM

The problem with men at the helm is that they continuously miss the obvious point. Men in power will never call out misogyny, either because they're too stupid to see it or they're protecting other men (and themselves). The male anchors at channel 4 news are a little brighter than the rest but the angle they took here is astonishingly off the mark.

Yep. Everytime I hear men tell their homeless story cautiously on tv - "my relationship broke down and I uh...ended up homeless..." I'm always internally screaming at the presenter to probe them further. "So you mean you beat her every day and got forced to leave? Is that it? Don't try and tell your story like you're the victim". Why do guys get to hide vital information that makes them look bad?
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy07/07/21 10:38 PM

Men judge women all the time and anyone less than perfect is ridiculed or abused. What the presenter meant to say was "we must never judge men" because that is what she actually meant.

Yeh that's smart. I just never ever thought about future plans with a man. That seemed unattainable to me. I get the uncle comment. I think if a person has a relationship with their father or older men in their family then it makes sense they would feel that way. I never did (until very recently) so there was no sense of what a "dad" was like or felt like so it didn't feel gross.
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy30/06/21 10:21 PM
12

I must say I can think of a few 70 year olds I find attractive (I know, I know - I make my own mother vomit) - but you're right that there is no consideration for the future. It's just about a good time and if you're a super young girl it will be about validation especially from a man in the same industry as you. It's the approval that you haven't yet learned how to give yourself.

God both women's and men's magazines are so toxic. Iconic? Uh nope. Age gap relationships after 35 are sort of okay meaning nobody in their 20s should be in one. A 20 something with a 40 something is gross. It's funny because I was always attracted to older men in my 20s and dated them but I always felt there was something wrong with them... and there was! /r/FemaleDatingStrategy30/06/21 09:42 PM

We don't all have standards at that age because we don't know we're worth shit. If we're raised to view ourselves as less than guys then male validation is the golden ticket to worthiness. It comes late for some of us (late 30s for me - helped by this sub). Add a shit father to the mix and you stand no chance. Not in this society and not at that age. I'm not angry at her. I just want her to see how much power and value she has and how she needs to devalue the male gaze and male approval.
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy30/06/21 09:30 PM
36

Yeh as soon as she learned he didn't shower she should have left. Someone needs to write a rulebook for young girls. We've all been there with having low standards. Begging for anything is always a future "I should have left then" moment.

Absolutely on the Jordan Peterson thing. That marks him out as a self-centred misogynist almost instantly. It is shocking that they could be so dumb that they think of him as a self-improvement guru when all they do is quote his number one rule "KEEP YOUR OWN HOUSE IN ORDER" whilst never actually keeping their own houses in order. He encourages the fundamental character traits that make them terrible people.

Specific no-no: Grime-encrusted sink. Eagerness to wrestle and to win at wrestling. Off-hand comments about women ("bimbo" or "slutty") but those are more obvious and hopefully no woman would give their time to such a pig.

Yes that's true about groups of women. I wish the women who are "chosen" could see how horribly they treat the other women in the group. 100%. It is astonishing how much energy I put into trying to get men to see my value. All I was doing was boosting their egos. When you're not a selfish, narcissistic person you really struggle to understand that a lot of guys are really sick in the head like that but it's something I have had to come to terms with.
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy18/12/20 09:06 AM

This is not just true of relationships. I often get into reddit arguments with really stupid men who do not have the capacity to understand what I am saying. It's addictive to put dumb men in their place but it's a waste of energy because everything about them is designed to ignore you and to believe they are better. Whilst you are explaining things to them they are enjoying your efforts, attention and energy for free whilst giving nothing in return. They are energy vampires.

Would also agree that men are fundamentally selfish and self centred. If you hear Russell Brand talk about his former self on his podcast he mentions how utterly self centred he was. When his mother was sick he made it all about himself. He has had to work hard and be mindful of that selfishness. Unless men actively work on it (and when do they ever actively work on their awful personalities?) it had to be understood that this is who they are at the core. One thing that also happens is how stron…

Honestly I think most men are narcissistic. They grow up being told their opinion is of enormous value and sadly girls are raised to believe this too (the brainwashing is really scary). That's the problem... because I have met very few men whose opinions are actually of value but it has taken me a very long time to get to that place. I can't remember which Johnny Depp film it is (might be the one with Amber Heard as a love interest) but the woman who plays his mother is an actress who is the exact same age as him in real life.
