This! The sex isn’t even good. It’s ick and super cringe.

I had a female friend of 10+ years who turned on me after a ONS with a male friend of mine. The female friend started making backhanded comments, became “the devil’s advocate” in everything I said, and became very competitive with my other female friends. I had to block and delete her.

Ugly men ARE the worst. They get you to fall for their victim stories/mentality and you feel bad for rejecting them, even letting them down ever so gently. But, please do reject them. Because in relationships, they have proven to be the most callous and cruel.

“…a man who dislikes you at best and hates you at worst” So true and so sad! I am so confused as to HOW they could flip in .02 seconds and act like they hate you, practically SUPER hate you…but still want to be around? Why do they hate us so much? It’s very disheartening.

Thank you for the article. It was quite insightful!

I completely agree! You have to be direct with men, and not go into over-explaining. I have learned that succinct, direct commands work best.

Pre-FDS, I used to never ask for help and ask for things/wants/needs/desires indirectly. It was passive-aggressive and manipulative! Pre-FDS example: Me, wanting coffee: Do you want coffee? Bf or friends: No, thank you. Me: (seething inside bc no one asked me if I want coffee…ends up not getting coffee but is pissed the entire day) Post FDS: Me: Hey, I might need your help later with this project/etc… Can I call you? This has helped tremendously! Edit: sorry for the format. I’m on mobile ❤️

Right…they lost their endless supply of mommy/free therapist/bangmaid…and now they can’t function. This is their weaponized incompetence working against them. Lol

This is 💯💯💯. Men don’t seem to learn from other’s mistakes (or their own). Don’t ever settle and don’t stop vetting.

Yes, exactly. It was extremely creepy bc they responded/laughed/gasped at the exact same moments in the stories each time…it was like Groundhog Day with them.

I dated a NVM (30s) …he and his NVparents would always talk about his HS basketball days. They would get together at least twice a year for a week or so, and tell the exact same basketball stories, verbatim, multiple times a week…as if it they had new audiences. The same stories…twice a year…verbatim.

“…Belief in a future heaven creates at present hell.”-Eckhart Tolle, The Power of Now. Context: Ideologies of rigid religious belief systems and extreme nationalism He wasn’t speaking about relationships but I think it’s worth noting. Don’t put up with a dusty for the slight hope of him “turning” into HV.

My college bf and I were in SF and were approached by a homeless man, asking for money. My bf was in the process of giving him money and I decided to give some too. I was reaching in my purse and the homeless man grabbed my arm and violently pulled on my arm (I received a visible 5 finger bruise for days after). I froze. My bf grabbed the homeless man by the neck and flung him to the wall, then grabbed him (by the neck again) and threw him to the ground. The homeless man then called me a b*tch ……

I like this example of manipulation. I tend to forget that THEY create the anxiety so that you are visibly relieved when they show bare minimum/no-low effort attempts at anything. I’m now thinking back about how I lovingly accepted that behavior … 🤮🤢🤮🤢

It’s a no from me too. My ex was “friendly” with his ex but claimed she was mean and horrible. One evening, she FaceTimed him while I was there but she didn’t know I was sitting next to him. They chatted as if I wasn’t there. He complimented her on her hair and she started pulling her tank top down seductively. I put a stop to that wtf convo and the relationship.

I feel like men always tell on themselves. Eventually (truly sooner than later), they will say something reminiscent of “the one who got away”. Example: My ex used to do this. My ex hated strawberries. My ex loved that color, too. Block and delete

A narcissist NVM ex’s mom was very racist towards me, the entire time. She asked at every freaking meal if I wanted chopsticks, rice, noodles, translation, to see my papers, etc… no matter what we were eating. He wasn’t any better since he egged her on and they would throw their heads back and laugh together. So happy to have met you ladies!!

My sisters do this. My sisters will ask for advice/help/signs/everything when they’re having issues with their men. If I tell them their men are LVM/NVM, they ghost me. And when they reappear, defeated and taken advantage of, they always say, “I didn’t know. It’s not my fault.” So over it. Sometimes I wish I was an only child.

I told my ex (of 3yrs) that I was experiencing anxiety and depression for the first time due to the Covid quarantine. His response, “Wow…you’re such a burden now. I don’t even want to talk to you anymore”. My advice is to be vulnerable early to vet them. I broke up with him immediately after that.

My ex screamed, like eardrum shattering screaming, that he was “HORRIFIED AT THIS TREATMENT”,… I was just reading his texts back to him bc he changed his mind about something and denied it.
