Depends. Obviously this may vary by jurisdiction, but my interpertation of the revelant sections of BC's Privacy act indicate to me that it would be illegal if it was the site itself posting the photo in their ads; A person posting it on their profile is not doing so with the intention of selling services, they're doing so with the intention of getting a date, so it would not be a violation of privacy per say. 2	Women are more likely to continue dating a man who has had a heterosexual affair than one who has had a homosexual affair. Meh, a lot of guys will view their girlfriend being attracted to women as a plus, as it might increase their chances of getting a threesome.
