Law #18 : "Do not build fortresses to protect yourself - isolation is dangerous" These people have some different/unhealthy mindsets but I believe you can still learn from them. Don't isolate yourself but don't accept the unacceptable either, find ways to transition to a more acceptable and fulfilling situation.

Physically strong : lift Emotionally strong : confidence, courage, dominance and leadership (Intellectually strong : mastery) Woman are attracted to you because you have a stronger frame than they do. That's all.

I recently worked on being fatalistic with respect to the past (=keep in mind that my actions can have no effect on the past, and it's useless to spend time and energy thinking about how the past might be different). But while doing this, I also learned to be grateful for the difficulties I faced in the past, including my failures. In fact, I sometimes feel that I learn more from my failures than from my successes, and that's key for living a good life I believe.

I may add that this guide also applies well in others areas of life. I have an interview tomorrow and it's a good reminder to: 1) Keep abundance mentality by having coming opportunities in mind (to release stress) 2) Be positive and enthusiastic (as it's a good motivation indicator) 3) Being confident (that it becomes obvious that you don't doubt in yourself, you know your worth deep within) 4) Maybe I should be careful with the dominant aspect during the interview, but to keep in mind to show m…

First time posting here. Today I made My Weekly Check (nothing fancy, my computer skills are not that good haha) A simple sheet to remind me and track all I want to do within the week. I worked hard and most of these habits are already implemented but I needed this, I definitely think it will help in the long run. See you next week !

We seriously need posts like yours to understand concepts properly. Thank you for not falling into the instant gratification cravings of the masses (that give most of the upvotes, unfortunately).

Overeating is a consequence of evolution. Those who were able to eat more than necessary when possible had better odds of survival because they were able to be prepared for periods of starvation. That's why we separate intestinal satiety (no more hunger : what's necessary for your body) and gastric satiety (no more physical space in the stomach). Scientific paper here Being satisfied with intestinal satiety is unnatural when food is still available, but it's a habit everyone can and should devel…

Thank you I think this is also a huge aspect to have in mind for newcomers to start seriously taking care of their appearance. It took me 4 months of TRP to believe in this and start taking real care of my body !

It's a question of mindset and priorities. When you realise that women are not that important and doesn't fulfill long-term happiness, you just take them as what they are : a side effect in your good life. I believe focusing his life on getting laid is about consumption and chasing pleasure, and it doesn't lead to anything that truly matters in the end.

We have some interesting thoughts in common. I also appreciate to have these platonic-flirty female friend around. Maybe they are more open to emotional connection than guys on some aspects. And maybe it reassures me about my ability to flirt. I've built some deep friendships with girls and I know that escalation is on my responsability, so if I don't do anything, we will stay friends. However the risk of investing too much time with them is to eventually be influenced on a deeper level, and to …

You're right, I'm too much on TRP right now and I believe being without sex drive makes me feel abnormal beside these testosterone fountains. I'll keep working on myself and listen to my desires. There's nothing wrong with having low sex drive.

Apparently not. Don't hesitate to explain why you downvote, I would be glad to hear it.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
