Humble brag. Majority of British women remind me of major North American metropolitan city women. Seek females in Southern Europe or smaller North American cities. Hotter , less used up and lower expectations.

Thank you for bringing this to the attention of redpill ! People sometimes fail to understand that your brain needs exercise just as much as your body does. Mind + Body = Soul.

This is a beautiful paragraph from Nikolai Tesla, one of the greatest minds to ever have lived. "The world has experienced many tragedies, but to my mind the greatest tragedy of all is the present economic condition wherein women strive against men, and in many cases actually succeed in usurping their places in the professions and in industry. This growing tendency of women to overshadow the masculine is a sign of a deteriorating civilization. "Practically all the great achievements of man until…

I agree with this to a certain extent. I acquired a black belt in taekwondo when i was 17 (called "poom") and did Muay Thai/Wrestling on and off. At first, i thought learning to fight was going to make me stronger physically but instead what it really did was make me stronger mentally (discipline, state of mind, confidence). You can learn alot about yourself when practicing to fight. It's easy to say that people dont fight fair. Ya sure, there are people carrying knives, guns etc. But in general…

I'm talking for beginning lifters. I don't recommend Clean, snatches etc until you've mastered the form of the basic lifts.

Remember this, all you TRUELY need to do is the 6 basic compound lifts. Deadlift Squat Military Press Bench Press Row Pull Up These lifts utilize the most amount of your body's glycogen supply for maximum gains and optimal body fat depletion. On a 6 day a week training, always open up your workout with one of these lifts. Trust me.
