A similar way of thinking about the psyche was explored by William Blake, which he modeled as being made up of spectre and emanation, the latter being the "female", childlike playful innocent aspect. once you let your spectre built your foundation, set your frame, you need to use this security to open yourself up , let the world influence you, relax. I'm saying this because this list mostly consists of what one calls "praxicologies", they talk about "what works" as in what may satisfy this or that selfish insecurity, instead of "what is right" and actually ought to be, even when dealing with sth spiritual.
