Now that the CDC has all but admitted they lied about pretty much everything, from the number of deaths to how dangerous the jab is....

I know what it looks like lol... My first thought was "how fucking stupid is this window licking glue eater"? (no offense) Then I thought, let me check the comments... And sure as shit I see the Reddit equivalent of someone admitting they were wrong.

Lol unfortunately the individual I was commenting to deleted their post after being confronted with facts that refuted what they believed. Respect to them for deleting what they had said. Next time you should make sure you know what you're talking about before speaking up. The person didn't believe that being given opposite sex hormones had an effect on a person's masculinity or femininity... I noted the soy study because soy increases estrogen levels... So yeah, you should maybe ask what someon…

They're entirely correct. Doesn't matter if you WANT to believe what they said or not, FACTS DON'T CARE ABOUT YOUR FEELINGS. When someone lays out demonstrable evidence and you disregard it, it shows willful ignorance on your part. Reviewing a study done on lab rats, pertaining to the effects of increased estrogen levels derived from a soy diet, provides all the evidence you need. Very simply explained, increased estrogen levels make males act feminine. The higher the levels, the more feminine a…

The vast majority of suicide attempts by females are NOT made with the true intentions of ending their lives, rather it's a "last resort" cry for someone to save them from what ever has pushed them past their limits. Where as men tend to have fewer VIABLE (key word) options for venting stresses. - In most cases, the man is the primary income earner. Meaning the stresses of providing a safe home, food, comforts, etc, fall on the man's shoulders. - Women are expected (societally) to express their …

Of you could develop your linguistic skills. You stated "erection does not imply consent". This topic is about how the LAWS ARE APPLIED not what your opinion is. I'm pretty fucking sure that EVERYONE here agrees that the law should NOT be applied the way it is. That doesn't change the FACT that the law is interpreted as erection implying consent. You keep stating your OPINION. And when the hell did I say anything even close to what you just said (that a man's erection could not be used against h…

I realize people here are from all over the world. The EXACT REASON that I made it clear that I was only speaking in regards to California law specifically. Here's the problem... I'm stating legal fact while you're trying to tell me that what I said is wrong simply because in your opinion you believe it should be. That's not how laws work. When did I say that you can't talk about anything? Especially regarding CA law... I hope you realize that the more you say, the more you sound like a leftist …

And I don't care about your personal OPINION on the matter. The topic of the post is how the LAWS are applied. You're getting your panties in bunch over your opinion of the way laws are applied. Well... Sorry bud, but when it comes to the law, your personal OPINION doesn't mean squat. You sound like a feminist arguing in support of Roe v Wade...

Really? So are you saying that you have first hand experience with this as it pertains to California law? Or are you involved with the legal system? Because as for myself, I've personally witnessed first hand how the law is applied... Unless you're either legal counsel or a prosecutor, I can guarantee that I'm far more well versed on this topic than you are... Seeing as once upon a time I worked as a paralegal in Riverside CA for a criminal defense firm. So unless CA changed things in the last 6…

And BTW my wife's a bit of an anomaly herself... Bisexual, Black, Conservative, pot smoker who listens to some of the most brutal Grind core you'll ever hear and believes in traditional gender roles 😆

Lol I wouldn't say abomination... Just an anomaly... 😂 But there's nothing wrong with that

I'm straight but I've worked as security in a lot of LGBT bars and night clubs so I've met a LOT in the community... And point blank, for the vast majority, if you don't align with whatever is politically fashionable then you're the enemy. At the same time, I've met some die hard Conservatives in the community as well.

Fucked up or not, it's the way the law is interpreted (at least in California) Just like if you're arguing and a neighbor calls the cops, the guys is going to jail for 72 hours minimum. Doesn't matter if there's no physical altercation. The guy is who's going (unless the woman is being belligerent)

Couldn't tell you, you'd have to ask the corrupt legislators and elected officials who make the laws

Age of consent is 18 correct... Age of CONSUMPTION is 21. If you're under the influence of of alcohol (and now weed) and you're over 18 but under 21 you can't legally drink therefore can't legally consent (it constitutes "use of chemical restraint" ) Its literally the same premise as a 17 year old can't give consent in California. Until recently the charge was Rape (not statutory rape) even if it was 17/19 consensual relationship. California likes to charge anything they can as a sex offence (un…

Because if it was, there would actually be equality in how laws are applied and that's the last thing the Left wants

The original feminists fought for actual equality between men and women. This new variant isn't about that, it's become a campaign against men and pushing a victim mentality on women. Women don't want to be included in the draft or fight in front line combat. Don't want the same legal punishments when they commit domestic assault against men. It's become a cop out to blame men for everything.

The vast majority of discrimination comes from Leftists, LGBTQ "community" and Feminazis. My wife is Black and bisexual and legitimately the only time she's experienced any kind of discrimination it came from people on the "Progressive Left"

Ok... Anyone who claims that you're lifestyle is contradictory doesn't know what being a conservative ACTUALLY IS. Nobody has any right to tell you how to live so long as your choices don't negatively effect the constitutional rights of anyone else "I just want to smoke weed and open carry at my gay friends wedding"

Unfortunately in most places,"erection implies consent"

According to CA law, "erection implies consent". So it's perfectly legal for a female to rape an intoxicated male as long as she can get him hard. Although for whatever reason they (CA) seem to forget Sexual Battery and Rape through intoxication laws are a thing when the female is the one committing the crime... My guess is "Female empowerment" or some shit..

In CA I've literally watched a 21yr old guy get arrested for Sexual Battery for making out (and literal ass grabbing) with a chick that was 20yrs old... Why? Because in California since she was under 21 she couldn't legally give consent. Even though she went to court and said everything was 100% consensual, the DA refused to drop charges. He ended up with a misdemeanor and sex offender registration.... Also California; If a person up to 24yrs old has a "consensual" sexual relationship with a per…
