Unfortunately, they may not be able to get her for filing a false report if she didn't actually file. Putting the false account of events online may get her a slander charge though. If she was in North America anyway. I will be the first to admit that I know nothing about the laws in Korea.

Does it bother anyone else immensely when someone adds claps into their text trying to emphasize what they are saying? I'm not even sure why it bothers me but when I see it, it just irkes me.
