When many many women have the same reaction, and most replies also take issue with your logic, the flaw may lie with you. Theoretically you’re not wrong Realistically you’re alone If you like being correct and alone, no changes needed. Nuclear agreements are a clear example. 6	What are some initial coping methods? Therapy, specifically CBT. That got me through a really bad divorce. Though it’s not easy, you need to learn to really focus ONLY on the moment in front of you. you can’t change the past. It’s. Just. Done. the future will happen…in the future. the current moment is RIGHT IN FRONT OF YOU.
