It took me a good 3 weeks of emotions rodeo and finally started getting it together.My stress levels are lower and I am more level head when communicating with my stb ex-wife.i went to the gym on Friday for the first time in 15yrs and I feel great, wonder why I didn't start sooner. Hang in there and things will get better friend.
