I really don't think that's what Matt and Trey mean, it even sounds a bit silly to just assume so because you see a similarity and the character was a girl. That said, the similarity is there and this season is absurdly good, too bad it ends next week.

There's no one right girl, there are a lot of them. If you are extremely lucky you might find one you enjoy so much it makes you want to live the rest of your days by her side and get her to feel the same way, but expecting this to happen won't really do you any good. Just meet lots of people and see how things go.

Truth is there's just as much of BS and broscience in here as there is on /r/fitness or any other big sub discussing strategies to achieve goals. Anyone with half an intellect will be able to absorb what's real and disregard the rest. People from other subs lurk here looking for comments that makes us all look like basement rapists, and will put them out of context to achieve that. Just the amount of attention this sub gets shows how powerful the idea behind it really is.
