Exactly, but she wants a response and will decide whether to see him or not based on how he handles this.

Sounding like a corporate/robot here will not work. It makes it needlessly grave and could spiral into a relationship-ending argument.

Well, we'd already had sex, so I could use that approach. You're missing the point of my reply. If you tell her you're busy, it means you're not prioritizing her. If you tell her you're not much of a texter, that's worse because you're not giving her what she wants despite having the time. The best way to respond to it is not with a direct reply, but by alleviating her anxiety. She can think what she wants, but she needs to FEEL good about it. Send a light text, or a meme, a voice note, or quick…

Respond with playfulness and flirtation. I was told recently by this girl I was seeing: 'the way you text really bothers me'. I just said I was being seductive and then said 'stop overthinking texts and come over'. She then responded 'okay, I can't hear you on text, right?' to which I responded 'I'll record it next time for you, <wink>'.

Fair enough, but you have to quickly paper over moments like these with 'positive vibes'. If you did all this, and she's still flaky, move on. As other commenters said, maybe she has a bf/isn't really interested and was just enjoying the attention you were giving her.

When you said 'no I meant tonight', that was the moment it became awkward. You could've saved it with a laugh, something to cut the tension and keep it light, and by conceding to her offer of whenever she wanted it. The attempted hug made it worse. Women are conditioned to reflexively respond to pushy men with rejection. It triggers a flight response in them. Even if she saw your Insta stories (she's thinking of you), she won't reach out to you because you'd 'get too eager'.

Obviously I'm not saying you should be a stiff robot. Men on a date should be charming and chivalrous with a sunny disposition, but nothing more. Emotional restraint helps because women are amazingly perceptive at picking up subtle cues, and if you're not careful, she can make up her mind instantly because she'll feel the vibes are off. Being poker-faced gives you a jump-off point to change tack if there are bumps on the road. A stoic man won't ruin a date, but a man being very expressive right …

The number 1 rule is to be outcome-indifferent and poker-faced. Approach women like you approach clients; the key difference being that this is meant to be informal and light-hearted. You have to make her feel the right vibes, while you're constantly reading the room. Being too invested will lead to you being pushy and if perceived that way, will result in failure. Do all of these things, and still be prepared for rejection. At least you can rest easy knowing it wasn't your fault. Last step, mov…

Start gymming. Smell nice. Do more activities with your classmates. Make eye contact while speaking. Do well in class and distinguish yourself from other guys.

I guess it's because she's really my type, like she ticked all of the boxes As a mid-30s guy who's had his fair share of 'the ones', it'll pass. Ticking boxes isn't as important as actually physically showing up. Anything else is just virtual fan fiction.
/r/seduction04/12/25 09:31 AM
1

No because all that needs to be said has been said. You have to break the pattern somehow of constant contact (objectively a bad approach to begin with, but it's too late for that). The age gap is an issue because she's making it. And in any case, all long term relationships start out as strangers getting to know each other, so if she can't meet you, it's her loss. If you two hit it off, marriage wouldn't even be necessary. And if it is, the age gap shouldn't stop you. You're 24, you'll find ple…

First of all, stop talking to her. Get busy with other things, and give it at least a week. If she wants you, she's got to show up. She seems happy doing a virtual relationship on her terms and you have to draw a line on that. Let her come to you with an offer. If she doesn't, forget it and move on.
/r/seduction04/12/25 07:39 AM
11

Why do you care what it means? It's a rejection. She wants you to move on, so do that. Opportunity cost is real. The time and effort you spend obsessing over her you could be finding other, better, more interested women.

Since everyone has covered everything else, I'll just say this - don't be afraid to moan and enjoy it. A lot of guys (myself included) tend to bottle it up, and women have told me that they like it when men vocalize too.

Having a relaxed vibe during a date is the EXACT opposite of being a dancing clown.

Read the room, constantly. Convey intent, but subtly.
/r/seduction16/09/25 06:40 AM

Because women go off of the 'vibes' they're getting during the date. This may have everything OR nothing to do with the guy, and is based purely on what they feel (and decide) in that given moment. All a man can do is maxx himself, do everything possible to make her feel safe and happy during the date, and be outcome-agnostic.

Instead of saying 'just exist', I'm going to try and be helpful. If you have zeroed in on a man you're interested in (I'm assuming sexually too, even if you're 'intentionally dating'), make yourself available to him quickly and readily, and discuss plans for a date. Do your coffee/drinks/whatever and convey sexual interest at the end of it if you're willing. Men are attracted to (and eventually love) women who want to have sex with them. Be enthusiastic and open physically and emotionally. If yo…

Get them to come to a coffee place near yours. For 'decent' women it will give them an opportunity to decide if you're 'safe'. It won't be expensive for you really, and you can then take things from there.

When she stood next to you, 'for a few minutes' she was probably making herself available to you, and expected you to make a move. You could've made eye contact and smiled, albeit politely. Or said hi to the little kid and made funny faces. If she's not interested, you'll know. She'll smile back politely and maybe look away, or pull her kid closer, or any number of formal responses that you can intuit as lack of interest. Women don't care that you haven't had a single date, and acting like you are entitled to one will actually put them off, since they can sense it. You're already working out regularly, that's half the battle won as a man. Now you have to cultivate a calm yet interesting personality, and play the numbers game. Reexamine what's going wrong and change strategy. If dating apps aren't working, practice IRL approaching. Watch YouTube videos on this subject. You seem young. Relax, take it all in, and en…

Don't cold approach in India, period. Use dating apps to try and get women to meet you. (as backward as that sounds, it's the only guaranteed method) Some context - in most scenarios in India cold approach wouldn't work unless you can think of a plausibly deniable excuse for HER as well as yourself.

I'd stay with the 10 even if she doesn't fellate but is enthusiastic about sex otherwise. Else I'd rather be with a free-use 6.

Although I acknowledge seduction is quite multi-faceted, height continues to be a huge factor. You live in a culture of very tall people. I'm your height and it's hard enough for me in India where most people are actually shorter than us. Try and go out more, and practice cold approaches over dating apps and the like.
/r/seduction11/04/25 05:20 PM

Unlike the others here, I'm not going to pile on you. While I get your sentiment, from a seduction perspective, being pushy will completely put her off than if you just let it go. If you've texted her and she hasn't replied, DISENGAGE. Go do other things. Beat off, get that post-nut clarity and keep looking for other women, or clean your room, or work out or play video games or whatever. If/when she does respond, be calm and playful. Chances are she'll apologise and/or pick up where she left off…

Depends on the city. Some cities have a thriving dating scene and others are way more restricted. Like the other reply says, make them feel safe. And be interesting. But most of all, chill about it and have a carefree attitude. One good tip is to maintain plausible deniability yourself and help maintain theirs - don't have any expectations and definitely don't convey any of that to women. Go with the attitude of getting into medium- to long-term relationship and you'll end up with something that…

Exactly, refusing to acknowledge that we live in a weird post-modern world where the traditional rules don't work and society conditions the sexes to be hostile towards one another just comes across as dense and "liFesTyLe-CoAch"y.

Simple. Tell them you're looking for something long-term. Match with them, see how it goes. Hey, who knows, you might even change your mind! It's not a lie if you're not sure. But if you come right out the gate saying you don't want a long-term relationship, (indicating that you ARE 100% sure of that) then almost ALL women will say no to you. Because even the women looking for something shorter/less committed will not admit it since doing so forces them to admit that they ARE 100% sure they want…

"Want to know" is not nearly the same thing as "need to know". People don't need to know a lot of personal things about another individual, unless there is relevance/exclusivity/commitment/any other kind of agreement.

It's because the compliment probably sounds too put-on, or too formulaic. Like other commenters have said, be outcome-independent. If you start taking every rejection personally your mental health (translating to 'confidence' in this game) will take a nosedive. Learn from them and treat each rejection like an honest case study - fix your mistakes after each one. Just chill, and have fun. Always remember that you should want sex, not need it. And think of the rejections as dodging bullets. (But o…

Depends on the country. Generally Southern European people are warmer and more open to sex with foreigners. Western Europe is okay, especially in the urban areas, but obviously suburbs tend to be a bit more conservative. Eastern Europe (where I am) just has people that generally are close-minded and indirect when it comes to sex. Women here are also quite tall and expect males who fall under traditional archetypes.

She's already older and probably trying to break the ice as someone conscious of the age difference between you two. I think the main issue is that they want to be in the driver's seat about commitment. Not only is it partly because of the biological imperative to be picky about someone they might want to settle down and have children with, but there's also the social dynamic where they assert control in their interactions with men. And the game is such that men have to pander somewhat to their expectations because that's just how things are.

In addition to all the helpful answers here, I think the issue is that you two entered into a sexual relationship with the underlying assumption that it would be casual. Yeah, but the real kicker is the 9/10 number you saw up there. And most women are attracted to men who are already attracting a lot of women to begin with, no matter how commitment-phobic he is.
