I heard this point from both Jordan Peterson and my dad who worked with suicidal people for 2 decades. It's a misread statistic in the same way the wage gap is often mis-interpreted. Men and women try to commit suicide at similar proportions, men however use deadly force, making them more successful in committing suicide. I can't really think of any good solutions. but making it a double-edged sword when actual victims try to come forward just doesn't seem the right path either. The same way that making a rape joke is extremely inappropriate, but if you make a 'don't drop the soap' joke it's fine. 2	Genuinely curious… I would say that i'm still a feminist, if you're going of the idea that men and women are different but equally valuable, and require the same amount of respect and should have the same rights. I call myself an anti-feminist now, because feminism now is very obviously misandry and not fighting for equality in any sense. - They want abortion rights under the name 'pro choice', but leave the father with no choice whatsoever. 0	Justice served If someone falsy accuses you of a crime you can sue them for perjury and defemation. This just doesn't happen often enough to stop the false allegations. Unless you recorded it, it's very hard to prove. So putting up a rule that gives people the rape sentence for false accusations is dangerous. You won't just be preventing false accusations, you'll be preventing all accusations.
