Good question, I'm similar to you. The best answer for me is a nice run to calm me. Just control the initial outburst then figure out what relieves you of your stress and go do that. Then handle the situation. Although you may have lost it in your head, you look stoic when handling it this way. That's all that matters, to her you were stoic. Also, friends, you can be emotional around your brothers they get it, they empathize with it and they'll get you back on course if you got good ones.

Yea, I have the same mentality as you. I didn't beat anyone up in school or anything, but I would've never let myself be bullied. However some circumstances just mess the psyche up a bit. But yes this sub is amazing, I was just mentioning to a friend (also a reader) how I think it is top 3 on all of Reddit for my money.

This is the best post I've encountered on vetting an LTR here. There is one question I think this post fails to answer (obviously it cannot because it is case by case) who is good for you? Maybe it is on here, because I haven't researched this subject enough, but for newer members I believe maybe some standard "shit tests" we could give out in order to vet the women in our lives. If anyone has seen this post, or anything else on vetting for LTRs I'd love the sources

Depends on who you are, go to rush see who you fit in well with. Then make sure they can pull the type of girls you want. Then if not fuck it you'll be fine. I waited until I was a junior to rush (we didn't pledge so it was ok to join so late).

I don't understand your second point Second, the uninitiated ask girls to buy them drinks. This also doesn't work for a number of reasons around pedestalization, DHV/DLV, expectation of reciprocation, etc. When you flip the script, you assume the high value, and you are the prize.
